Very nice set of 10 lb weights. Easy to adjust.
Very easy to add/remove segments. Nice grip for both men and women, not too small and not too large. I really like the idea they don’t roll. Simply put, these are a good value for someone who wants some versatility. Note: I bought the 10 lb. version.
