I swear by this product. I have at least one day each cycle that I am completely down for the count. This herbal blend makes a huge difference. I try to keep track of my schedule and begin taking it about three days before I start. Huge help!!Since I only take it for about 6-8 days each month a bottle last for a few months.

Really good for regulating periods, (PMS one). The perimenopausal one is really good for not having hot flashes, and regulation also. been using for a year. GREAT stuff. I use it for all my girls at all the stages. Tastes fine, texture is fine. value is good. But none of that matters if the product works, and it does.

Only missing one star because when I take it I get a little weird stomach queezy feeling but it goes away. 4 stars because I felt like chopping people in the throat even when they were not doing anything that should be annoying… Took the pill and I no longer felt violent 20 minutes later 😂 effective. Slept great last night.

As with all supplements, you never really know what you’re getting. What I can say for certain is this is a quality product from a well known brand. The bottled was securely sealed and the pills smelled very fresh. These pills are made in a GMP certified facility and tested in the USA, which are musts for me. The pills are easy to swallow with smooth gel caps. You need to take 1 pill daily, so this bottle will last 24 days. Time will tell to see if these work, but definitely worth a shot. After taking these menstrual support capsules for a few days during my period I felt less tired and moody. This could be thanks to the natural caffeine they contain but they also have other amazing ingredients that I could attribute these changes to.The capsules are quite large but easy to swallow because they’re coated and don’t get stuck in your throat. The smell isn’t the best but not too much of an issue.I plan to take these only during days that I’m menstruating so the bottle lasts. I think they’re great value considering they will last several cycles.Overall, if you’re looking for a high quality supplement that helps support your period then this is a great option!
