Best Aminos I have ever had

Part of my weight training regimen
As an older woman who has recently lost weight, I am aware that I have also lost muscle. My New Year’s resolution is to gain some of that muscle back through a regimen of weightlifting and improved nutrition. This fits right in with my nutritional plans. The manufacturer states that the advanced aminos in this supplement are synthesized 10 times better than whey protein and help with muscle strength and recovery. The recommended daily dose is four capsules a day, preferably with a meal. I don’t want to take four at once, so I am spreading these out and taking one or two with each meal.This supplement was developed by Nautilus and is third-party tested. In addition, it’s vegan and keto-friendly, so it should fit most diets. One bottle provides a month’s supply, and I hope it will be a good way to kickstart my goal of gaining back the muscle I lost!

NAUTILUS Muscle Code Essential Amino Acid Capsules are an effective, quality product! 🙂 I will start off with a caution though: they took forever to arrive! Like, over a month. So definitely keep an eye out for that before you order. I was tempted to take off a star for the long wait, but I decided that wouldn’t be truly representative of this item. Because this is a great product! I’ve only been using this for a short time, but I definitely can feel results. As a matter of fact, I felt results the first time I took these supplements before exercising. My energy level was much higher than normal. I feel like I didn’t get tired as quickly. I also noticed that I wasn’t as sore as usual, especially considering that I worked out harder than normal. I honestly didn’t dread the next day’s workout as much either lol! I have to say, I’m pretty happy with the results! These capsules are really easy to mix in with your routine. I like that it’s not a powder mix, so you can take it anywhere. There’s a little bit of a smell when you open the bottle, but not strong at all and not unpleasant. However there’s absolutely no funky taste or aftertaste, which I hate. The capsules are a little bit on the larger side, but they go down very easily. I haven’t experienced any negative side effects or stomach upset. You receive a bottle that will last 30 days, which I think is a good value for the money. Especially because this product is so effective, it’s totally worth the price! I’m excited to continue taking these amino acids to see what other great results are coming! 🙂 I would definitely recommend this product to others! But, with a warning about the long shipping time I experienced.
