Great quality and really effective for core workouts
The wheel rolls smoothly and feels stable, which is super important because some ab rollers can wobble or feel cheap. This one feels solid and well-made.The handles are comfortable and have a good grip, so my hands don’t slip even when I’m sweating. I also like that it doesn’t scratch the floor and it’s lightweight enough to move around or store anywhere.After just a few sessions, I could really feel it working my core. It gives you that nice burn without feeling unsafe or too hard on the lower back (as long as you keep good form). It’s a simple piece of equipment, but honestly very effective.For the price, it’s totally worth it — sturdy, easy to use, and perfect for both men and women who want to strengthen their abs at home. Definitely recommend it.

Very good inexpensive exercise equipment
Rolls smoothly and feels well balanced due to a good width. Coupled with the supplied knee pad, it is a good buy. It strengthens abdomen, hands, wrists, arm and shoulder muscles in short time. Stores away in small space.

We all love to hate these. Hate it but it’s so good!! The knee pad thing it comes with is crap. But the actual wheel is awesome. Good quality and hopefully will hold up for many years to come. Does the trick and everyone’s always sore after.

Great ab wheel for the price point!
My husband wanted an ab wheel that wasn’t expensive. After searching on Amazon I came across this wheel and decided to give it a try. It arrived and it took me a few seconds to put it together. My husband gave it a try and said it was humbling, lol. His stomach muscles hurt within a few hours! A good pain knowing that it did something! He said the handles are comfortable and the wheel rolled smoothly. Seems like a great price and the quality is just fine.Be sure to slide the handles in as far as you can on the bar…you do need to give them a good push to be sure they are on all the way, leaving a little bit of the bar showing on either side of the wheel.
