** UPDATE: It works REALLY WELL! I’ve been having a cup every morning and sometimes after lunch, and wow 🤩 I keep getting compliments that I look slimmer and I think it’s this incredible blend!So far, it’s working well. I like the flavor and blend is nice too and not too overpowering. As for its health benefits, I think this one takes a few cups to notice a difference. Another milk thistle brand I was using had me use the restroom multiple times a day, which was really nice, but too expensive. This one takes a few days and best when paired with other fiber foods. Unfortunately, it does not soothe my bloating, which I was hopeful about. I also tried reusing the same bag, it’s good up until second cup use. Nothing past that. If so, there’s no flavor.

Nice tea with a very good flavor. I am surprised how I can reuse the teabag up to 4 times and still get a nice taste. I totally recommend it and I will be ordering another box. I am not sure about the benefits results just yet, I guess this is something I will see in the long run
