Ease of use and accuracy!
This has got to be one of the best blood pressure monitors I’ve ever owned. The bluetooth connection to my phone app allows me to send an accurate report to my cardiologist whenever he needs it. I used to keep a spreadsheet with all my readings on it and this is so much easier. Love this product.

This is the best blood pressure device I’ve used. It takes a few time to understand how it works. You need to read the instructions carefully and keep still with your arm at the level of your heart. I love that the app keeps records in your phone so you can actually show your doctor and keep track. It is a great tool.

I love this blood pressure monitor. I was looking for one that could send the results to my phone, and this one is a true winner. Not only does it send results to the Meraw app, it also allows for the data to be shared with Apple Health and more! I tested this cuff every day for two weeks. It was functional and accurate. I am really impressed with the battery life as I have had this for a few months now and it has yet to die on me. Memory capacity is not an issue, as it gets stored in the Meraw app. The blood pressure is clearly read on the screen, leaving no doubt. I did not see if this cuff has a voice feature, as that was not a deciding factor for me. As for the value for the money: This cuff is perfect for those who prefer accurate daily monitoring for a fraction of the price of the hospital grade versions – especially if you have an FSA! I cannot recommend this blood pressure cuff enough!

Small, Compact, and Works Great!
The absolute best thing about this blood pressure cuff is that I don’t need to manually track my readings anymore. They are sent straight to my phone via the app. That is an A+ in my book. The cuff itself works just as it should. I compared its reading to my old arm cuff and the results were nominal. I also like the size of the screen and the size of the readings. My eyes aren’t THAT old just yet but I can see older relatives visiting and using it and also being able to read it just fine. I’m very happy to have this and to be able to replace my aging one.

Process for the Meraw blood pressure monitor.
If you are a husband and wife team or family this unit is not for you. Although it does sync the data to the iphone very fast once you hassle with the blue tooth set up for hours. It will go to the phone of the last user. Therefore, you must turn off the last users phone to get your results to send to the correct phone.It also has the AI lady that tells you with a check mark where to place your arm. Ignore her and bend your arm to your heart. Either arm works. But be consistent and use the same arm each time. That reading seems to be more accurate. Also the readings are a little on the high side compared to the arm cuff. We purchased it thinking it would be easier for my husband to NOT have to worry about his clothing or long sleeve shirt rolling up the sleeves or taking your arm out.Now that we are use to the way it operates it is ok. Now I know what to look for in a better unit. For now it is working. It is a hassle to turn off the other persons phone. The data is sharable to your doctor with your online portal. That has been a plus for my husband as his blood pressure is a bit uncontrolled.

My old wrist BP monitor was over 10 years old, so I decided to upgrade. I was drawn to this one because of the positive reviews on accuracy, ease of use, and its Bluetooth integration with a phone app for tracking. I also appreciate the picture in the left corner that indicates whether to raise or lower your arm for an optimal reading. It only takes a minute to get a reading, making the process quick. The monitor is easy to put on and remove, and it does not become too uncomfortable, unlike some wrist BP monitors that can tighten excessively at the end of measuring. I have not encountered any error messages or issues with battery life (I have been using it for 4.5 months with the same batteries).I like how the app tracks blood pressure and also provides information on the grade or level of hypertension of the reading, along with lifestyle or medication recommendations if necessary. Additionally, there is a feature to log activities prior to testing, which helps identify factors that may cause high or low readings. The app includes a trend page that plots BP readings over a week to three months, allowing users to monitor changes and use the data to adjust lifestyle habits accordingly.The only downside is the noise during testing. It can be quite loud, and I have not found a way to turn it off, if that is even possible. The sound is rather annoying, as demonstrated in the video. Overall, however, I believe the positives outweigh the noise issue, though it would be ideal if the noise level could be reduced, the sound adjusted, or the option to turn it off provided.
