Works as intended. Nice to have for at-home massages.
I got this for massages at home from my partner. The listing photos seem to show 2 different items so the photos are not totally accurate for the actual item you receive. It looks like the listing photo with the woman in pink laying on it on her phone. I think the AI images are a little off on that part. But the actual product is supportive and comfortable. I have a longer torso so the little attached pillow doesn’t fit me using it the way the listing photos show on top as that would be under my chest and not under my chin/neck like the photos show, but it may just be my body and it might work for you like they show. I like the cover can come off for easy laundry cleaning! If you regularly get massages at home or often enjoy lounging on your stomach, I would recommend as this does work for the aspect of your breasts not getting smooshed and is comfortable.

Comfortable, soft, well made breast pillow
My wife likes her new breast pillow. For reference, she wears a 38D bra. She says the pillow is very comfortable, being made out of memory foam, and is sturdy and well made. She prefers to sleep on her stomach, but hasn’t been able to since she started going through pre-menopause and her breasts have become more tender. She was looking forward to this pillow because she thought the cut outs would make it more comfortable for her to sleep on her stomach. She has found she can lie down on it face down for a little while, but when she tries to go to sleep, the center part of the pillow is too wide and still squishes the girls. It may work better for others. It is very comfortable and soft and she really likes that the cover can come off and is washable. She thinks the girls may be just too sensitive due to her hormones. It may work well for a massage or something more short term. 4/5

This pillow has a proper body-contoured shape to it, and it is sized to accommodate a pretty wide range group of ladies. Fortunately for me, this pillow fits the only woman that I need it to, haha. I think that this pillow is a considerable upgrade to the previous method I had, which was to arrange a variety of throw pillows to form a nest that would allow clearance where it was needed.This breast pillow is supportive, and it is firm enough that it keeps its shape for the duration of a massage. So far we are not having any issues with the foam compressing too much, or sagging. The grippy bottom keeps it from scooting about, which is helpful, as that way my massaging effort goes into my wife’s shoulders, rather than moving her about our massage table. The fabric cover is of surprising quality, given that this breast pillow was listed on Amazon at a price of less than forty dollars at the time of my review.Overall, this massage pillow is a problem solver, especially for a woman who is a little heavy on her top. It makes my task of occasional back and neck massages a bit less of a chore, which I appreciate very much.

This massage pillow is great. Great amount of firmness to give just the right amount of support while still remaining soft and comfortable. Very easy to store away as well as very easy to clean. This is great for professionals as well as beginners. The anti slip side is not the great but definitely good enough for most surfaces that should should be giving massages on. This says it is also good for sleep but have no tried it for that. Overall nice durable long last product and highly recommend.

You get pregnant, have a baby, breastfeed, go about the business of parenting, maybe gain a little more than a little fluff, and then one day you look up and realize it’s been a decade since you last slept on your stomach.I hadn’t even realized I had stopped sleeping on my stomach much less that I had missed it. It feels SO GOOD stretching out onto this supportive pillow.I actually put mine in a different arrangement than in the photos as those didn’t quite work with my shape. It makes me wonder if there is one consistent position for massage clients or if it will have to be adjusted on a case by case basis.The pillow is cushy but supportive. It has great grip on the bottom. The stitching is sound. It is a quality item.
