A ‘self-help’ book that actually helps!
I feel like there are a million self-help books out there these days. A lot of them are just the same deal – you spend some money for some kind of helpful thoughts, but walk away feeling just as bewildered at the end as you were when you bought the thing.This journal is really on a different tier – there are plenty of guidelines to follow – even on days when I’m just mentally and emotionally exhausted, it never feels like a chore to track the little things I feel grateful for. The author provides so much encouragement. I never took the time to thank myself for investing in mental health before, and even if it sounds redundant, that just makes me feel that much better about my progress!The visuals are beautiful – I love the glossy cover, and the little graphics and images just have the most perfect, comforting vibe!I’m so glad I bought this gratitude journal – I feel like I finally have the mental bandwidth to make positive change in my life! Amazing what a little gratitude can do.

I absolutely love this journal. It has helped me creat daily morning habit to write down for what I am grateful for. Every page is different. Only feedback or recommendation more like, I will ask the author or publication house to added more pages to it. This journal has 50 pages but once I got use to write daily I would love to have this journal in 365 pages or even 6 month journalling so it is together and easier to keep in one place. I just ordered book 2 to keep the habit growing.Please bring it out with more pages. Thank you so much for reading 🙏♥️

I gave this a 5 star because it is a nice journal, but a bit intense to fill out. Also, I like to fill mine out at night and this one has a section about how you’re going to make the day a good one.
