It’s ok
I’m a fan of MaryRuth’s in general, but this supplement will not be a repeat for me. While I appreciate that it’s organic, sugar isn’t necessary to sweeten it. Also, I didn’t realize until it arrived just how much B6 is in it, and it’s also not the most bioavailable form. Not sure if it’s worth the hype. Not for me.

Takes the edge off
I’ve been using these gummies for a couple months now, and I definitely notice a difference around my cycle. I’m 42, and my PMS symptoms have gotten a little more intense over the years—more mood swings, bloating, irritability. These don’t completely erase everything (let’s be real), but they do take the edge off and help me feel a little more balanced.I also appreciate that they’re organic, non-GMO, and actually taste good—like strawberry, not medicine.
