Effective and easy to take
I had thought Maca root was only for men. This supplement has caused me to do a little research and has taught me a thing or two, about Maca. The benefits I am most interested in are improved bone health and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory assistance. Well…I’m ALWAYS about the energy and mood enhancement, too.This supplement comes in a dark brown, glass bottle to help prevent light degradation. It is a stoppered bottle with a glass dropper to reduce plastic contamination. The dropper is precisely and clearly marked to make dispensing the suggested serving easy and accurate.The solution inside is a light golden yellow color. It is slightly sweet and doesn’t have a bad taste at all. I like to take this sublingually (under my tongue) and hold it there for as long as I can (usually 30 to 60 seconds) to get as much fast absorption that I can. I feel that it is effective, as I definitely can feel a mood boost since I started taking it – like gentle feelings of well being peppered with moments of levity on occasion.There is a little disparity about serving size and frequency. The box says the serving size is 0.7ml and that there are about 84 servings in the container. On the same pic on the listing there is a drop graphic stating to use 3 full droppers per day. The heading for the listing states that it is a 28 day supply in the 60ml or 2 ounce bottle. I decided to just take 1/2 ml twice a day at first, but was pretty bad at remembering or just doing the second one, so I switched to taking 1ml daily with my other supplements. I find this effective for me, and it gives me a 2 month supply.As of 1/12/2026 the list price of this supplement is $25.99, which is a decent value, since it does give me a perceptible lift. I may order some of this for my husband as well.Recommended.

Easy to take – no complaints
First time trying maca root in liquid form and so far so good. I’ve always taken it as a capsule or powder so this was a new one for me. Honestly with supplements its always tough to know if they’re really doing anything, but i haven’t had any negative reactions and the quality seems solid from what I can tell.The taste wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected either, which was a nice surprise. Pretty easy to just squeeze a dropper into some water and go about your day.It’s still early for me so I can’t speak to long term results, but everything checks out so far. For me maca is usually just a slight energy bump and and this seems to work as i expected.Worth a try if you’re curious about the liquid format

Easy to take mood booster
I think this simple blend has been a good addition to my daily mood support routine. Ashwaghanda has been a big help to me over the last several years, mostly in capsule form. This us very easy to take , the flavor is fine on its own and also blends well in tea etc. This is one important part of the supplement support that seems to be finally helping me, especially in this after mid 40’s part of my life. I’m very happy with the great quality of everything I’ve purchased from HERBAMAMA so far! Highly recommend!

Wife said it helps her
My wife tried these drops and said they definitely give her a nice little shot of energy. Not so much that she goes bouncing off the walls, but a clear difference from not taking them. She likes the effect better than coffee; says it’s “cleaner” and doesn’t cause jitters. Overall she says they’re very effective for energy.She also appreciated that they didn’t taste terrible. She doesn’t like a lot of oral supplements for exactly that reason, but she handles these drops just fine.Value for the money is a matter of opinion. At the price, it’s a noticeable but not exactly day-and-night difference for her. She probably won’t get a monthly subscription, but she likes having a bottle on hand.

Ooh, and it tastes of sweeeet Maca. 20 years ago, I had been making maca powder smoothies. This dropper brought that whole experience right up to the forefront.So potent, potent, potent, not necessarily in a bad way. No stomach upset or energy level increase, I took two droppers before bed and I felt it helped me rest.wonderful product, great taste hehe
