Easy to take
I really hope that the ingredients and doses are accurate. These taste pretty good and are much more pleasant than any of the caramel or chocolate ones I tried. Great if you don’t like pills. They do stick together, but if you store them in the refrigerator they separate pretty easily. I’ll update this after my vitamin D level is checked next.

Peach-tacular!
This is the easiest way to get your calcium that I have ever seen. They have a delicious peachy flavor. My only complaint is that they stick together in the bottle but that’s remedied by shaking the bottle while closed, or poking your finger in and dislodging some. And part of the reason they stick together is because they didn’t put a bunch of added chemicals and stuff to keep them separate.

I love these gummies. I switched from a regular calcium supplement to see if they are gentler in preventing heartburn like the others do. They work and are very mild on the stomach, easy to take and are delicious.. Happy I switched! No heartburn!! Highly recommend!!

Easy on the stomach
My doctor advised taking 1200mg of calcium after a bone scan showed osteopenia worsening. The pills were so large and hard to swallow that I started with the chocolate chews. Not hard to be motivated to take them every day as I love chocolate, but I eventually started having stomach pain that felt like an ulcer. After some research I discovered that calcium carbonate can cause stomach issues. I did not know then that calcium also came as a supplement as calcium citrate which is much easier on the digestive system. Since switching I have had no issues. These taste good and include the vitamin D3 to help with absorption. I will be anxious to learn in a few months if the calcium has helped after taking it for 2 years following my next bone scan.Shipping is fast with this product also.

Smelled like plastic.
My first bottle was what I expected as far as flavor and consistency. My second bottle however, the minute I opened the lid, a whiff of plastic came out of the bottle. Several of the gummies were stuck together, and they even tasted like plastic somewhat. If my next bottle is the same way, I will stop ordering these. I should have returned the bottle but I have been too busy.
