After reading reviews, pros and cons, and doing my own research I tried NOW CLA. I found, in my research a common thread that those who didn’t exercise or were generally not very active had the most negative reviews. Since this product is meant to increase the body’s ability to metabolize and burn fat (it actually shrinks the fat cells keeping fat from expanding them) it seemed logical that the more active person is the better result they would see. I was already working out daily; 30-45 min. of circuit training: cardio with 5 lb. weights.I noticed a definite impact within the first 3-5 days of using the CLA at the suggested dosage of three times per day with meals. I then added, to my regular workout routine, a higher intensity cardio circuit training and was shocked at the rate the inches were coming off and even more, the definition in how my body was shaping; I was overweight for the past 2 years gained 4 sizes over the course of that time and now, in 2 1/2 months of regular cardio type exercise and using the CLA I am back in my size 32 waist and my clothes fit better than before, I’m proportioned better now).Was I having results prior to using CLA? Yes. Was the CLA benefit enhanced by the increase in cardio? Yes.Bottom line: my experience with CLA is that it does work very well with proper diet and exercise; it’s not a quick fix but it does work as an enhancement and tool for fat redistribution and muscle toning bringing better definition. I don’t count calories; I simply eat a proper balance of carbs, protein and fat (reduced fat foods as often as possible); I also make a protein shake after working out. Cutting out processed flours, excess fat and never ever using fake sweeteners is key for balancing hormones.I would definitely recommend CLA, and for the money you can find a better value and price, but not a better purity or name brand. High quality CLA from NOW Foods
NOW foods has long been amongst my favorites when it comes to supplements, and here again they have done it with this CLA. I have chosen to start taking this particular product for its benefits and/or abilities for the way that the body absorbs and stores fats from the foods that we eat as part of my new way of healthy eating in my attempt to lose some excess pounds.Thus far, I have indeed lost a couple of excess pounds since starting on this with no adverse effects, and have been pleased with the packaging and presentation of the product. The recommended dosage of the CLA is 3 capsules 1 or 2 times daily (your choice) 1 hour before meals, and there have been no harsh tastes, stomach upsets, etc, whatsoever to deal with while taking this supplement.

CLA helps w/ body toning/shaping and has been known to take off 1lb of body fat per mo. per full time user. It helps me get into that dry/hard/muscular look and take off a few lbs of belly fat. Exercise, workout, eat right, take the right supps, and it will help u loose even more and gain good lean muscle!! CLA 900mg’s along w/ Vit. C 50mg and phosphatidylserine 50mg makes not only a powerful testosterone booster, but an Incredible Anti-Catabolic and muscle growth complex! 1-2tabs per day of this supplements can cause test levels to raise over 600%! This is a legal supp/compound called C9-T11 2.0 and a bott. of 60 softgels range from $37-$70 a bott. or more. Ive seen them go for up 2 $99.99 each! They are expensive on Amazon, but I got mine for $37 which is the cheapest u can get this formula, just look around and u may be able to do better. Ok, hope this helps a little-

The unwanted fatty acids that comprise the remaining 20% to 30% will definitely cause weight gain and may very likely also increase our risk of death from cancer.
