Great workout
This thing is super fun to use & will definitely give you a workout!! It can be a little noisy, but that didn’t bother me!! It’s comfortable enough to get a full workout in & doesn’t pinch!! The quality is pretty good, but sometimes the ball gets snagged!!

It was very well boxed and simple to put together. It comes with good, clear instructions and is also amazingly easy to use. Very unique and fun form of exercise. So very PLEASED!

Way too noisy
This think is so noisy. I bought it to try to exercise while my baby is napping and after she goes to sleep at night but I can’t because it wakes her up. I was down the hall with 2 bedroom doors shut and it woke her up. The quality was fine and I actually liked using it, but I just can’t with the noise level.
