Yes, but this will reduce the life of the coating. Beautiful is always fragile.

No problems whatsoever, never had a leak from any of the bottle.

Bottle is good, strap isnt rates for the weight.
Ive been using this canteen for a while for work and at home. I try to drink through two refills of it a day.Pretty easy to clean, its been pretty sturdy but the strap is not sturdy and is, was ridiculously cheap.The strap clasp broke on me withon 3 days of carrring on my shoulder. One morning i was rasining it up and 1 of the clasp broke. Now i jait carry it by rhe handle everywhere since its also not very gripable.

This 64oz behemoth of a water bottle is impressive in its design and function, plus it just looks cool. The first thing to notice was the packaging. Every part was carefully wrapped separately and upon close inspection I could not find even the tiniest flaw. I did find that there was a missing part to the straw, which rendered it unusable (too short) for the jug. So, I emailed the seller, and imagine my surprise when the reply came mere hours later. My situation was completely resolved within 3 days, so I would be remiss to not mention that this company’s customer service is stellar.I then took some time to get acquainted with my new jug (having a hard time calling it a bottle due to its size…) and took note of some features. The infuser part is meant to add flavor to your drink, whether it be fruit, tea or whatever… you simply fill the infuser and screw it onto the bottom of the lid. This should be done ahead of time for best results because you cannot drink from the jug with the infuser in. I like lemon water, so I put fresh lemon slices in, shook it around for a bit and stowed it in the fridge until ready to go. Then after removing the infuser and inserting straw my water was well flavored. Another thing to note, when attaching the strap (which is way cool and very strong) it seems like there’s not enough room to clip it on, but then I realized that the tether rings on the bottle are flexible and can be pushed down enough to make room for the strap clip. Or you can use the included carabiner and attach the jug to a belt loop, backpack or wherever you like. The straw itself is a bit of a weird deal. It comes in 3 pieces, the straw itself, a silicone bottom piece and the mouth part. The mouth part does not fit through the top opening, but it’s not a problem. To use the straw, you put it through the top opening, then attach the mouthpiece last, once the straw is in the bottle.The insulating properties of this water bottle are not to be believed. I put some refrigerated water in it with ice cubes and let it sit for 24 hours. When I drank the water the next day it still had some ice in it and my water was still nice and cold! This insulated bottle is going to be perfect for the road trip I am planning. It is every bit as good as some better-known brands and a good value for its great quality and all the accessories that are included with it. I highly recommend and can’t wait to take it on vacation with me.

Excellent package, but maybe just a bit too much.
I primarily use this just for water without the straw inside the carrying bag.As a bottle, excellent. The cold time goes far beyond my usual water needs, the handle on the lid is sturdy, the wide spout makes it easy to clean…Then we get to the accessories. It feels just a touch cheap. All the options are nice, but take for example the pouch. Without anything inside to grip the bottle, it will just spin around inside when you are trying to open the bottle. But, the pouch has very convenient pockets handles and clips making it the perfect gym carry-along.It’s a nice bottle and you get a bunch of stuff you may or may not use.

Nice water bottle, decent straw mechanism
I’m not really a fan of straw mechanisms on water bottles, but this one is working pretty well so far. The straw is really three separate parts, with a soft bottom piece to force the straw up and out of the bottle, a middle straw to fit inside, and then a short harder plastic piece for actual drinking. I prefer the harder plastic drinking piece to the straws that are softer flex plastic and can get scuffed up where you drink, since I feel like that could be a toehold for bacteria. And the standard top opening is fine for drinking as well if you don’t want to bother with the straw at all. The size is nice, and the fabric cover is great, since it keeps the stainless steel from clanking together with other things if I throw this in a bag. I haven’t tried the infuser yet, which is a nice additional feature, but not very large. I’m not sure what other people are infusing, but if you want to do fruit it would have to be cut up pretty small. It feels very secure when you clip the infuser to the lid, however. I also like that the flip top has a lock, which keeps it from popping open if something inadvertently bumps against it. This also came with a nice rubber bottle cleaner, which was actually long enough to reach all areas of the inside of the bottle for a bit of scrubbing. Overall I’m very pleased with the quality all around, even with the features I won’t use.
