Accurate
At first I had no issue with this scale. The quality of the scale looks nice. It was easy to set up with the app and use and even came with batteries. When I first used it, the app and scale worked great. Seemed accurate to a T and loaded all the other details of my body health in the app. But I have had trouble since adding a second user and getting all their details after weight. Adding a second person was also glitchy at first, continuously asking the same profile questions over ans over, then an error. The scale itself is nice but the app seems a little more trouble than what I’ve cared to deal with. I received this as a combo with scale at the time and the value seems worth it.

Great scale!
I recently purchased this scale to replace my old one and absolutely love it! It looks nice and feels good quality. Being able to see additional details about my body composition through the app has been extremely helpful to me in identifying where I need to improve my fitness and health. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new scale!

Great scale terrible app
First thing that I noticed when the unit arrived was the weight of it. This isn’t a cheap flimsy scale. This appears to be a hefty glass top w/ a plastic bottom. The biometric pads are indeed metal and appear to work. I am unable to test them due to a foot injury. The scale works as intended and gets to the weight rather quickly. My last scale would bounce around at the slightest movement, this scale doesn’t suffer from that problem. There is a little button hidden under the flap to change the batteries that allows you to change units the scale displays in.The unit as a whole feels really well made. I will say I’m a bit cautious stepping onto a glass platform given recent events. I’m not keen on the idea of standing on shards of glass. I do wish the company spent a little time putting that worry to rest. I know enough about similar scales to know they usually use some form of layering similar to a windshield or a phone screen but I’m still a bit cautious. I am a 275lb man and have a little balance issue due to previously mentioned foot injury but this scale zero’s in on my weight really quickly which I love.Now the part I don’t like the app…. Once you go through the initial setup the app and scale should sync automatically, at least that’s what the directions say. I didn’t find that to be the case. First the app said “Error: ” but didnt say what the error was. Then it bugged on the walk through. Then it was supposed to connect auto but did not. I had to connect to it via a button in the app. It feels like the app is a grab at more $$ from you. Top of the app when you open it you’re hit with info that would be great to know but…. yup it’s “Premium”3 stars if the app is important to you4 stars for the function, look, and feel of the device.
