So quiet!
I’m 5’7″ 222lbs and I use 24 links. The feet don’t hurt me, it’s sooooo quiet compared to the other brand I tried and the price was reasonable considering. The pegs that hold the links are long and thick so less chance of breaking. The weight is adequate but I found I needed to shorten the line to get a steady whip going. The colors are awesome too. Would recommend and buy again. Easy to use and put together. Doesn’t stick or catch when it goes around probably because of the rubberized wheels.

Good Purchase for the Price and it Works
I only had this exercise device for two days, but within that time, I have decided I love it. Some of the complaints are it is too loud, but I disagree. It has almost no sound at all. It may get louder as it starts to wear out, but for now I only hear a smooth hum. It is easy to use. Put one foot in front of your hips and the other foot at your hip. Sling the ball around and just start rocking back and forth. I got the hang of it in about five minutes, and I was never able to hoola hoop. You can adjust the belt to any size you need, large or tiny. Be careful removing and adding segments because they are made of plastic and the tiny knobs that fit into the hole could break if you force them. Just squeeze the ends together slightly and it will bend enough to fit into the holes. If you break one, there are several extra segments. The ball rolls smoothly around when you get the hang of it. My heart rate actually got up a little and I could tell I was using my calfs, thighs, buttocks, and abdomen muscles. I would compare the workout to moderate dancing. It actually is fun so I anticipate this is something I will use, especially during the winter months when I don’t get out as much. At this point I would purchase this again. I will add to this review if anything changes my opinion in the future.

Works well but easy to cheat
I have thought it would be fun to get back into hula hooping as an adult and since I wasn’t sure if I could keep a hula hoop up I decided to try this.Overall it’s a great product. It’s easy to snap on and off and the weight is a good amount. Also it’s pretty quiet. I watch TV while doing it and have no problem hearing the show.I think the biggest downside to this type of hula hoop is that it’s easy to ‘cheat’. I can keep the ball going without using my hips as much as I would with a real hula hoop. I need to remember to keep my hips moving correctly.This product is great if you are new to hula hooping or don’t have much room otherwise I’d suggest a real hula hoop.

Super quiet, fun!
Super quiet. Good size range, I’m a 16/18/XL/1X and the picture shows with all the links. I bought this because it seems convenient since I don’t have a gym pass. High quality plastic and definitely wont break, my little brother was playing with it on the floor and its in good condition. Easy to move, even for kids, but still challenging enough to be a workout. Can probably add more weight to the ball. Cute color too.

Ordered RED I got BLUE but seems good. But a little disappointed
So I got this to try it. That’s why I bought one that was less expensive. I figured if it’s not what I want I will return it.First: It came earlier than it said. That’s a plus.Second: It’s not that loud. I have watched videos and they’re more noisy than this.Third: It is going to take time to learn.Fourth: It is easy to put together, but I had a hard time taking it apart squeezing the pieces. It is plastic but it is sturdy. Which surprised me. In all fairness I do have RA.The weight feels good.I was worried about it not fitting. I am 5’4” and weigh 295. I had three or four pieces left.I am not good at getting it to go around. But I just got it today. HOWEVER: I ordered RED and got BLUE. Even though the box says red. That is why it got 3 stars.UpdateI have learned to make it go around for 8 minutes at a time. The key is you can’t go slow. Still hate that it is BLUE. I wish I would have gotten what I ordered.

I like this one . 100 percent noise free. So that means you won’t be called annoying. It’s so cool. The one I had before this sounded like a damn tractor. I couldn’t use as much. Cause it was so loud and annoying. im glad this one worked out well. I did have one small problem the weighted ball got untied and fell off the track wheels so I ordered a replacement and sent the other back. All worked out well . Best purchase ever. Hoop is effective and works. Plus you’ll lose midsection weight clothes will start to fit better. You’ll feel confident and strong when choosing this. You’ll love it I promise

Quiet, easy to use, and fat kid friendly!!
So far I’m in love. I had been wanting one forever and finally decided to order. I ordered 2 different ones and this one is the best!! Very easy to figure out just add links to fit, put the weight on the track, and link it together around you. The links are super easy to take apart but don’t bust open accidentally. The weight is very quiet (the other one I bought is very loud/annoying) I could literally do this next to my sleeping child with no worries of her waking. And the weight spins easily without wobbling or tangling. Also I am a very big girl and this fits with links left over!! I do recommend wearing tight fitted clothing or tying your shirt up out the way as it will interfere with the track.

Easy to put together, so easy & comfortable to use, absolutely no noise from this, the weighted ball runs really smoothly. broke my wrist a few years ago so there is a weakness in my right wrist but for me this was easy to remove. Glad I purchased this item.
