Good work out Easy work out!!
I work long hours and needed a workout I can do in about 30 mins plus I wanted something I can move around myself, or move out of site. I really like this stepper because its light weight and you only have to put the nob in and turn to adjust the height of the pedals, but remember turning to much to the right will be a harder work out. So for me who is a beginner turn a few times was good for me, but you can adjust it to match your needs. Then attach your resistance bands and your done, now all you have to do is turn it on. It has settings that count your steps, time, and calories. So I did try it and it works great, I didn’t use the resistance bands yet, I will start using them next week. With my music on taking my time because you will fill it in your legs and you don’t want to hurt yourself so no rush. And it came with the small black mat that you see it on in the pictures. I hope you try it out and set a goal, my is to step 3 days a week for one month. Hope this review helps. Oh and I stored it right under my bed, easy to slide with the mat.

I recently purchased the Kitgody Health & Fitness Mini Stepper for Exercise, and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed. This stepper comes total put together out of box; the straps are adjustable. It comes with a mat to put underneath to preserve floors. it’s also incredibly compact, making it perfect for small spaces.The mini stepper has become my go-to equipment for quick morning exercises. It provides a convenient way to engage in cardiovascular workouts and target specific muscle groups. It gets the job done!!I must state, I believe this stepper is a great value for the money. It’s perfect for anyone looking to add a bit of exercise to their daily routine. I definite recommends it to others.

Repetition is what makes good results.
This stepper is a great form of cardio for someone who has little space for equipment. It is also instruction friendly. It’s already built so no brain power is needed, willpower to keep going. There is no annoying noises, or slipping. I don’t use the arm straps much, as my focal point currently is cardio and leg resistance.I feel results when I run. I no longer get leg cramps or severely out of breath when running. This stepper takes time and repetitive action to really feel the burn. It’s not like a trampoline. But, it works well, even though the span of movement is limited to up and down-and not slightly outwards- you still get a bang for your buck.

Easy to use even for my kid’s.
I bought this to get in more steps while i stayed home. Not every day is a good day to go walk specially with this heat.!so no more excuses to not hit my daily steps.Overall It’s a great device, syper easy to use. My kids also love it, they are super competitive so they get a good work out before bed time. feels like it gives a better workout than the treadmill.Adjustable height provides a good variety of difficulties so that’s a plus because I have kids of different ages (yes everybody uses the stepper on this house).We really break a sweat while using it and Based on my own calculations(meaning my watch ), calorie and steps tracking seems to be accurate. Easy to put away in the closet.Great value for my money.

Serves the purpose
Have this stepper for a little over 20 days and been using it every day between 20-20 minutes. The Stepper gives a good workout, the resistance is great and isn’t hard on the joints. I do find that after going 10 minutes it starts to make an annoying grinding noise. The resistance bands are also a bit too long/flimsy in my opinion. Otherwise a good piece of equipment, easy storage, light weight and no setup required.

Simple to use. I have mobility problems and I am trying to strengthen my knees to reduce falls. I use it 2 or 3 times a day (except on my worst days) for about 2 minutes each time. Because of my mobility problems I use a quad walking stick each side of me so I don’t lose my balance but most people wouldn’t need to do that. It is ideal for me and it proves that many people can find something on the market suitable for them.

It is an excellent product. I have tried using it for some time now.every one in my home enjoys using it. Really helped to bring in some movement in our daily routine. If you pair with some exercise it is an excellent way to stay in that fat burning mode. Because it is really exhausting to do more than 10 mins at a time . I have also checked it burns approximately 20-30 kcal in 3-5 mins. We are loving this stepper .
