Great adaptogen
I was asked by Amazon how easy this is to swallow. With this brand so far, everything is easy to swallow.Recently found out, only take Ashwagandha for 90 days max consecutively then take a 30 day break. Being on this consecutively long-term can cause hbp and other heath concerns without a 30 day reset. It’s a great and necessary product though and helps control cortisol, the stress hormone.

This stuff is amazing. I normally am not one to comment on a supplement but this has helped me so much mentally and stress wise that’s I want others to know the benefits. #1. I would split the dose for one in the morning and one before bed otherwise you will be sooo calm that it borders on mild inebriation. It will help with sleep and keep your stress down during the day. #2. You have to keep up with your intake. If you come off of it abruptly, it can be quite stressful at least in my experience. #3. Muscle gain benefits and weight regulation have been very beneficial for people who work shift work or high stress jobs. Thank you for making a great product, love you guys!

If you are not taking ashwaganda from this company yet, I don’t know what you’re doing.Your body before you go to bed and now maybe before you go to bed take it your body will be in better sleep better relax Asian all over and if you don’t believe me, just go to the Internet do yourself a favor and research how amazing these supplement is to you And then you will write a comment to my review but the best part of it is after you start using it you’re gonna start feeling changes in the way you rest and the way your body relaxes if you combine it with melatonin, it is a powerhouse to help you have the most amazing night sleep And rest.

Please know that the gelatin used for our supplements is derived from bovine(beef). Thank you! “I wish they would put this on their listing or the packaging so people know prior to taking them. Thankfully it isn’t a porcine product as we do not consume pork products!I do like the product but wish there was more clarity and less guessing and waiting for a company to respond

I think this is working
I started taking these to help reduce stress and anxiety. I think it was working because when I ran out before I ordered more I found my anxiety rising. It’s hard to know for sure.. but it appears it was doing the job!
