    This is a well organized, easy to follow cookbook with pictures that will make you drool! Mediterranean food is so colorful and healthy! The recipes cover all three meals with prep and cook time needed and also break down the nutritional value of the dish. The ingredients are easily obtainable in your local market as well. Choose Mediterranean for the win!

    This book offers so many healthy recipes using every day ingredients. I have made a few of them to see if they are difficult to make and most are super easy. Weight loss and healthy eating shouldn’t be stressful and this books help with that
