I absolutely love Garden of Life Women’s Probiotic PH! After using it for a few weeks, the support for my feminine health has been truly noticeable. These Garden of Life Dr. Formulated probiotics for vaginal health (pH) are on another level. After only a couple of weeks of using them, the difference is noticeable.I feel much more comfortable and “balanced” in my day to day.I love that they are not only probiotics (50 billion, an outrage!), but they also include prebiotics and postbiotics. I had been looking for a good pre, pro, and postbiotic to help relieve lot of nausea from medications that I take. My doctor suggested Garden of Life. I used the brand, but it was only a probiotic. Ingredient wise, this is one of the best women’s pre-pro-post you can take for the money. Probably one of the best, as of right now on the market. They don’t have an off-putting smell and for being unrefrigerated, they’re super convenient all around!

Easy to take and noticeable improvement
Talking about GI and bowel issues feels like TMI, but these probiotics are keeping me regular. I have not been officially diagnosed, but tend toward irritable bowel and these have helped a lot. It’s just one small pill once a day so very convenient.
