This brand is a go to for a reason! Simple, sturdy, and fairly priced – you won't find a better deal at TJ maxx or anywhere. I almost wish there was an option to buy two blocks and one strap; but either way, the color choices are nice. The block is sturdy and great. Note that the strap is not a stretchy/resistance band just a yoga strap – you should only use if you know how to safely.

Excellent value for the money. The block is very lightweight and pretty sturdy, and the strap also seems well made and sturdy. My only issue is that the product was poorly packed for shipping, and arrived with a couple dents on the surface of the block. I don’t anticipate that this will affect its functionality though.

I don’t do a lot of yoga but these blocks are great for all of my yoga needs.Actually, I use two of these blocks to stop me from rolling around in my sleep.I also use them for various physical therapy exercises.

Perfect for my beginner’s class
It is as expected. And the gray color is not depressing, as some grays can be. It looks just like all the other Gaiam brand products I see as I look around the class. I appreciate that it states “latex-free” as I am allergic to latex. The block is very light weight, yet supportive. The strap is long enough for use by us tall people.I couldn’t get to the store, so ordered it here. Came the next day for me! And that worked out perfect–as others in the new, beginner’s, class had to run to different stores as they were finding empty shelves.

Good quality standard yoga tools
Basic foam yoga block and gray strap. The texture of both is as expected with no ruts or markings or odor. I keep this set at work for my noon-hour class and in the past few months it has served its purpose.The strap has a silver metal looping buckle but I’ve never used it. The rectangular block can be set in a variety of positions thanks to its shape and size.

As expected, Gaiam delivers quality products. No complaints on either product. My yoga studio uses Gaiam blocks, and those suckers are still going strong after months of heavy use.Everyone with a home yoga practice should invest in these simple props (if anything, get two blocks for poses where you might use a block under each hand). Straps and blocks help you explore new poses safely as you build up your flexibility and range of motion.

O anúncio fala Combo de “Blocos” de yoga + alça. Portanto como geralmente ao fazer a prática de yoga se usa 2 blocos, comprei pensando que eram 2 blocos e a alça. No fim veio só u1 bloco, e tive que adquirir outros. Me senti enganado.
