Works Really Well
I’m giving this 5 stars with a couple of caveats. One, this product works really well and within a week my appetite was curbed, I lost weight, my gut felt wonderful without bloating, and I had tons of energy. That being said I actually had to cut my dose from one pill a day to one every 2-3 days because it was working so well I was never getting the feeling to eat and I also felt like I had to force myself when I did eat. Also I could fall asleep easily but within 6 hours I was wide awake, which is not normal for me – I get a solid 8-9 every night. I think it was working too well. So I’m cutting the dose and will see over the next weeks if that helps. But I’m sticking with it for now 🙂

This increased my appetite and made me very shaky, beware you can’t get a refund on this item, so if you have $50 bucks you want to waste, go for it ! I don’t ! Very unhappy and do not recommend!

It’s not a magic pill, if you understand that – it works and does its job well
I’ve had this 2 weeks and I’m down 8 lbs. i dont Have sugar cravings like normal and i def can not eat as much.Now it IS NOT A magic pill. You do have to push yourself to eat better and drink lots of water – and while it def helps curb hunger , it doesn’t make it go away completely. Because you do HAVE TO eat and have vitamins and nutrients to sustain life.So , you have to be willing to put in the effort as well, but this supplement definitely helps that process and makes you not NEAR as hungry.I have noticed feeling kinda queasy- I’mNot sure if it’s the supplement or what….. but all in all -I’ll buy it again.

So far so good! I definitely have decreased appetite, I’m an avid sleep eater unfortunately.. and I don’t even know I’m doing it to the point I set up cameras to catch myself. I started these supplements March 5th and I’m already down 9lbs! I feel good throughout the day and definitely have more energy. I am so happy I found this supplement, I was skeptical bc of the few comments but they were all 5 stars so I’m like let me just try it.. and no regrets.

I was just as bloated with these pills and I had more cravings for sweets. Once I stopped, my cravings weren’t as strong.

For about a week now. I thought I felt something like suppression 🤷♀️ I know it won’t let me over eat if I over eat I get nauseated and then don’t want to eat anything else for a , I feel hunger pangs twice a day, my stomach really growls loudly. Can someone explain. I’m going to give a little bit more time and come back and write another review.
