Late night insomnia impulse buy, I saw a infomercial for a yoga wheel in the middle of the night one night when I could not sleep. Next thing you know here I came to Amazon to find one and settled on this one. Initially chose this because it was not to pricey and I love the teal blue color.I really thought at 246lbs I was going to break this thing. Nope I can only physically manage a few of the poses right now but it did not break. It did not bend, buckle or even sound like it was going to crack. It also helps my back at some level too. I sit on the computer a lot for work, so being able to stretch out my spine again at the end of the day is really nice. I have less back pain issues while trying to sleep.I have some bulging discs in my back from a car wreck years ago. So through gravity weighing down on me through the day while I sit 8-10 hours on a computer, end up slouching and compressing them all more. This helps at night so I can comfortably be able to rest.Highly recommend for anyone looking to add a compact piece of fitness equipment to their home gym. Comes well packaged, would be a good gift option for a healthy living/exercise enthusiast. Good value for the cost, even being plus sized I can still use this and it is holding up well to my weight on a daily basis.

Great Stretch!
I admittedly did not use this wheel for any yoga, although there is a card that comes with it that shows you how you can do so. I used this to stretch out my back, legs, even my feet. It’s definitely sturdy and you don’t have to be super-thin to use it. I rolled the whole length of my back on top and it felt GOOD. Just make sure the wheel is straight along your spine and support yourself with your hands as you roll along. The nice rubber coating makes it slip-resistant. I bet this could even work propped on a wall for people who aren’t very flexible. Really great item!

Not your average foam roller
I bought this product as an alternative to my traditional foam roller since I find those challenging to use. This allowed me to roll in a slightly more elevated position and was easier on my knees. It was especially helpful in going up and down the sides of my spine too! I’ve also used it in the stretching I do, which is typically spine lengthening exercises, so being able to roll this with both my arms out in the front of my body felt really great and gave me something to hold onto while I held the stretch. Love this yoga wheel and would highly recommend!

It’s not stable. The cushion makes it unbalanced and dangerous really when trying these yoga poses. I’m returning the item.I hope this helps
