Beautiful and functional
Beautiful, good quality, just what I was hoping for

Only for tiny people
No matter how I tried to use this, it just wasn’t wide enough for me to do too many this with. I have a larger body. Hardly plus size but in good shape. I realized I need one that has a few extra inches in width. I decided only being able to use it for a few things wasn’t worth it and I returned. I hope to find a wider one. This is an absolutely beautiful wheel. Quality seemed to be there. I hope they will offer a wider one for non petite bodies. Also offering a link with some videos of how to use or including a little book or paper would be cool and add simplicity of use. I did find a sweet book on Amazon that walked me through lots of great ideas. I just could hardly do them with this side wheel. If you’re not a tiny person, find an extra wide wheel instead.

This yoga wheel seems sturdily made, to support back stretching and flexibility work. I like the high-density PU construction, it feels dependable and doesn’t bend under pressure. It’s easy to use for deep chest openers or easing back tension. Great for people who spend long hours sitting and need mobility work. A good value for the price. I think it might help with my back pain relief, it’s a nice medium size and the design looks luxe. Pain relief.

I absolutely love this yoga wheel! The detail and design are beautiful, and the density makes it super comfortable to use. I started rolling my back on it—I have some lower back issues—and it really helps stretch me out. I could feel the tension release right away!At first, I thought the wheel would be a little bigger, but once I started using it, I realized it’s the perfect size. Even my four-year-old wanted to try it and started using it for fun little core exercises. It’s great for stretching, especially if you don’t have someone to help you—it really helps balance your weight and support your body. Highly recommend!
