After two months of use, I think I can give this kit a lot of credit. The yoga mat is easy to clean. It has great amount of grip so it doesn’t slip or squeak on the floor. I really like that it comes with a lot of yoga accessories that are made of a really nice material and save my money from put extra order. These foam blocks have been wonderful for helping me learn certain poses because I have some problems with balance and stretching. It should be mentioned here, peanut balls, massage balls and foam roller were complimented by my yoga tutor. This kit did a great job of warming up before yoga and helping me do stretches. Great value – everything you need and it all matches! Highly recommend!

I love the thickness and the ease of use. This yoga mat can provide more cushioning and it really helps my knees. It’s a soft and smooth surface, thick enough to be comfortable. And It is also easy to clean. I wipe it with a damp towel after every use and so far it’s still like new.The yoga band and block combo allowed me to expand into more yoga moves. The foam roller and two different shaped massage balls were complimented by my yoga tutor as it works great for relaxing the plantar fascia, calf and back muscles.I love these booty bands, such good quality and they don’t fold while your using them like those other elasticated bands. Well done!
