This book is obviously written by someone not in the US, which is fine. But at least give US measures when it’s marketed in the IS. For example, it calls for ingredients in teacups. Exactly what is that? And it calls for ingredients to be “severed”. Does that mean chopped? Sliced?

Don’t waste your money
This book doesn’t give ant specifics on how to actually do the keto diet. Just broad outlines. For example, it doesn’t say how many carbs you should have, just that carbs are to be reduced. Exercise program just consists of 3 items: walk, stretch and rest. While it does give actual walking times, it doesn’t give any stretching exercises. Overall, a disappointment. I was looking for more “how to” directions.
