The best!
An ENT doctor recommended this for my very dry nose and it worked well. But I have also used it for my fingertips and this is the first winter ever that I have not had cracked, painful fingertips. Also works well on dry, chapped lips. It is an amazing product.

Excellent if You’re NOT Allergic to Lanolin
This is a great product if you’re not allergic to lanolin. I say that because I’m not, but my son is. It says hypoallergenic, but if you are allergic to wool, you could also be allergic to lanolin. Please do a patch test if you’re unsure. Hypoallergenic means a product contains few ingredients know to cause an allergic reaction, but it doesn’t mean it won’t cause an allergic reaction. Those allergic to wool tend to be allergic to lanolin.I don’t purchase this for its intended use, but I have eczema and it keeps my inner elbows from being itchy while keeping it under control in my ears…yes, I am that small percentage of people who get it in their ears. I also use it on my lips and for slugging in winter when my skin is dry.

I used this cream during the last two months of pregnancy and the first 2–3 months postpartum while exclusively breastfeeding. It worked amazingly well—no cracks or pain at all, even though I wasn’t applying it every single day. What I love is that it absorbs into the skin quickly, has no scent, and is safe for baby—my little one never reacted to it and I didn’t need to wipe it off before nursing.Now my baby is 6 months old and I still have the same tube. Saw this on reddit where people were using it for chapped lips, tried it and I was instantly converted. It works so well, I haven’t had chapped lips all winter, including when visiting family in the desert. Love it so much that I got several tubes to put around the house and in my purse. You need so little that it will last a really long time. A super thin film gets the job done.
