Just had a double mastectomy yesterday and these are having sent. They are amazing. They are not only cute. Wrapping in the out side covers are soft and actually just give you a nice little warm feeling and write you such a cute little note and put a smile on your face and remind you that there are people out there that care about you. The ice packs are awesome just the way that they are designed and like I said there are no pokies underneath your arms or you know into your breast area, which I have none anymore, however I would highly recommend these. I would actually recommend buying two packs so that would equal to four so that you can swap two out.

Size and shape for the win
I love these so much. I’m about a month postpartum and am exclusively breastfeeding and have had some soreness. I microwave these for 45 seconds each (I have a 700 watt microwave) and wear them for a few minutes before pumping or nursing and can tell a definite difference in letdown and flow. I also love using them cold. No matter how long I leave them in the freezer they remain malleable and easily form to my shape. I put them in my bra and easily go on with whatever I was doing. I’ve even slept in them. The biggest plus for me has been the size and shape. I looked at lots of other options that just didn’t look like they’d cover much. I have larger breasts, especially now (40DD ish), and these give me very good coverage. They’re thick, high quality, and a great size. Very highly recommend.

Pain Relief Magic!
Perfect for new moms like myself. Those first days of engorgement with my milk coming in were honestly so painful so I immediately was looking for some kind of relief. These were perfect. They fit right in your bra and stay cold a decent amount of time. Helps with swelling and just feels soo nice! Definitely recommended! Super easy to use as well. I have only used them frozen but I know you can also use them to warm the breast as well so I will have to give that a try!

Love! Lovely design for a useful fit. I only use them for heat and so far so good. They retain heat long enough to wear for 5-10 minutes pre-pump, and throughout a 20+ minute pumping session. I wear a 36ddd and these fit me well and do a fantastic job of relieving pain and assisting with letdown. The fabric covers could be a nicer material with a better design. Not the easiest to put on when the packs are hot.. but regardless, I’m still happy with my purchase and I would buy these again. Definitely recommended.

Gel Packs were the KEY to have through surgery!
These breast cooling packs made my healing/recovery more doable – They were soft and fit in a cotton sleeve formed like the Gel Pack so as not to harm the skin with frostbite or the harm incision . Will HIGHLY recommend these cooling packs to patients going through their journey.

Good size and shape- doesn’t stay cold long
I’ve used this as an ice pack for clogged ducts and mastitis and it works well for about 8 minutes then is warm quite quickly. That it is my complaint

Huge help for breast soreness, swelling, pain!
I’m 50 and in perimenopause. I have been suffering with swollen, heavy, painful breasts for about 3 years as my breasts went from a 36 barely B to a 36 DD. Never been pregnant so I don’t use these for breastfeeding. But the shape of regular ice packs just weren’t cutting it. These are the perfect shape to insert inside your bra so you can keep doing what you need to do without anything falling out. They stay cold for over 30 minutes but never get too cold (something to do with the gel inside I assume). I have other ice packs that I need to wrap a towel around because they are so cold it’s painful, but not a problem with these. They are stiff when I take them out of the freezer but I can still bend them enough to get in my bra and within just a few minutes they mold right to my breasts, and they’re light-weight at about 9oz each. I haven’t used them hot because I have a gigantic moist heating pad that I alternate with so these can always be cold. Highly recommend for breast soreness, swelling, pain, etc.!!

Perfect for pumping!
These are great for pumping! It seems that the seller has changed from the pink sleeves with the whole to solid stripped sleeves. The pictures show it without a sleeve while pumping, so that’s what I did and it worked great. I put them in the microwave for 30sec x2 to prevent any burning (just in case). The sleeve is super soft, almost like a thick tshirt. And the actual gel pads are a thick plastic and are still comfortable without the sleeve. It’s perfect that these can be used for heat or cold. I’m annoyed with my self that I waiting until the end of my pumping journey to get these.

Fits into bra. It’s can get nice and cold or be warmed up. Would recommend to have for breastfeeding mamas to have for when you get a bit sore. Invest in tools that will make your breastfeeding journey easier.

Ce sont très très comfortable! Je les ai utilisé avec la chaleur et le froid et ils retient bien tant la chaleur comme le froid. Pour la xhaleure les ai chauffé dans l’eau bien chaude. Avant de les avoir commandé, j’ai acheté celles d’Avent et ils n’ont RIEN à voir, je les ai même retourné…
