Amazing product!!
I don’t like to admit that I suffer from anxiety at times and I ashwagandha aided me in that. Taking this has also helped me perform better with less sleep, which I feel is very dependent on personal person. However, I have seen the benefit in lowering my cortisol levels and also just giving me a better day-to-day feel even if I’m sleep deprived that day.

Definitely worth getting so you can sleep peacefully
This has been a wonderful addition to our evening vitamin regime. No bad taste, and within 20-30 minutes we’re ready for bed, without feeling groggy. My husband has a hard time with taking pills, and he hasn’t had any issues with swallowing two of these at night to help with his bedtime routine.
