USA made Ashwagandha with Saffron, Shilajit plus MCT
USA made Ashwagandha with Saffron, Shilajit plus MCT. Ashwagandha and Saffron have both been hailed for their ability to help with stress and sleep. And Shilajit to help with muscle recovery which can lead to increased energy.These 3 ingredients have been blended together in a base of powdered MCT oil (a very pure and healthful form of coconut oil that remains a stabilized liquid at room temperature). The MCT is believed to help make supplements more digestible and bioavailable for the body to use.I am taking these at night to help me begin to relax shortly before bedtime in hope of getting a better and more restful productive sleep. Sleep is the cornerstone of our health and I am on a mission to find the right balance of nutrition and supplements to get me on the path to good sleep.I’ve only been taking these a very short amount of time but do feel like they might be helping. So far no bad side effects or GI issues. At the end of this bottle I will update my review: If I plan to rebuy the product then the rating will remain at 5 Stars, if I don’t plan to rebuy and continue taking then I will update my review with explanations. Too much ashwagandha
I got this supplement because it combines multiple things I already take, namely ashwagandha and saffron. I usually take half this amount of ashwagandha, but since it’s two capsules per dose, I can just take one. That leaves me with half the recommended saffron, however, so the dosing ends up awkward.The supplement comes in a large bottle with a regular cap (not child-safe). Shelf life is three years. The capsules are large and have no particular taste or smell.I think it’s helped my anxiety. The price is really high at $25 (about 21 cents a pill), so I wouldn’t get it again.

Calming
I had been diagnosed with anxiety and PTSD and I am all about trying natural supplements to help counteract this and help me to calm down. These seem to have made me feel a little less jittery and I haven’t noticed any adverse side effects. The bottle came completely sealed with a long term supply of capsules. The capsules don’t really have a smell to them, nor do they have a taste as they are encased in a plastic like coating. The label does not identify the exact location of where the ingredients are sourced but it is packaged like it is a high quality product. The price per capsule is in the low to medium price range.

So far so good
In the past I’ve used ashwagandha to help manage my stress during difficult times. Right now, I’m going through the most difficult time of my life and needed some support, so I decided to try this ashwagandha supplement. This has 1200 mg of ashwagandha per a two capsule serving (600 mg per single capsule). I”be been taking only one a day because I personally prefer a smaller amount. This also contains saffron, shilajit and a lipid blend. I can’t yet tell if these other ingredients have had an effect, but the ashwagandha has had the expected effect on me. I simply feel a bit more balanced. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen believed to lower cortisol levels, which may help manage stress. I find it best to use it consistently for a while. the information on the bottle indicates that this is formulated in the USA but doesn’t mentioned where it is actually made, so that is something to consider.

Federal law requires food grade products to be properly sealed in accordance to 211.132 Tamper-evident packaging requirements.This product did not meet this requirement. I was unable to test consumption. This is not a complaint, this is a fact and a review.I would not repurchase a product that fails to met standard. Period.Rewrote to met community guild lines.1 star for viability of product.

Easy to take , 2 month supply
I’ve been using a lot of ingredients that are in these , for many years for a boost. I appreciate The thoughtful integration of lipids , and the potent extracts. It’s a first for me to come across this combination .The capsules are small , smooth and easy to swallow . There is no taste or smell. So these are easy to take . They don’t aggravate my swallowing issues . No side effects.I think These are effective and good quality . I do Notice a little pep but it’s not dramatic for me given my prior experience. Given it’s a 2 month supply, I think This is a good value

I like Ashwagandah supplements for their suggested health benefits. There are differing opinions on Shilajit but I wanted to give it a try. Saffron is one of the most valued and expensive spices out there. Upon inspecting the bottle I only found a formulated in the USA claim. There’s no information on where the ingredients are sourced which I like to know because I won’t take supplements from certain countries due to various possible contaminations. It is supposedly tested in a GMP facility but I’d rather have a supplement sourced and made in the USA.
