They work!
Seriously I ran out of these 3 days ago and I was back to having hot sweats, insomnia, and brain fog! These are so wonderful and I won’t run out again!

I like that it includes Vitamins B6 & D3
These are average-sized capsules that are easy to swallow. They have an herbal taste, but it goes away as soon as you swallow them. I like that it includes Vitamins B6 & D3. I currently take progesterone for hot flashes, but still get one once in a while at night, so I’ll update my review if this doesn’t help with those. I haven’t noticed any improvement in my energy or sleep yet, but I also haven’t had any negative side effects.For the price, it’s definitely worth a try.

These menopause shenanigans have got to go! The amount of supplements that I gotta take these days….? I may as well open my own Pharmacy! So when I saw this, I figured if I can kill two birds with one stone, I will take it!My night sweats have diminished. I can’t say much for during the day because I do live in Florida and, well, it’s hotter than a broiler oven all year so everyone here runs hot, no matter what stage of life you’re in.I’m really hoping it helps with the tummy issues but I know my body well enough to know that it will take some time before I see any effects on that. Usually. Unfortunately I can’t say too much about the fatigue or my energy level because I do have a couple of autoimmune disease diseases including CFS so I’m fatigued all the time no matter what anyways.I’m really happy with the natural ingredients in it. The handful of meds that I’m on for my conditions, I make a conscious point to take only natural for everything else. I did take a little video so you could clearly see the whole bottle and all of the ingredients that are in there.Overall I’m satisfied with the quality and the value for what’s in it. I hope once my body gets used to having it for a while I’ll have more effects than just the night what’s going away. Although even with that one thing gone, I consider that a ginormous plus!

Great probiotic blend
Easy to swallow, no nausea or poor taste. I take this after a dose of antibiotics and I believe it’s effective. Probiotics are a wonderful supplement, would recommend!

These are easy to take and have what seems like a good ingredient list. However, when I looked at the company website, I couldn’t find information on any third party testing, which I like to see for supplements. They are made in a GMP certified facility in the US.

After finishing the bottle, I did not notice any remarkable changes other than my digestion being good while on them. No changes to my sleep and no change in weight or bloating. My diet remained approximately the same as always while taking this probiotic. I tolerated these well, no digestive upset to speak of. I will probably not continue to take. The benefits are not worth the price for me. I do like the ingredients included in them. I did not find the smell or taste unpleasant to swallow.
