Finally found relief.
I’ve spent months trying different yogurts and basic supplements to fix my constant bloating but nothing really stuck. I decided to splurge on this supplement because the delayed-release thing actually made sense to me. The first three days were pretty quiet but by the end of week one, I noticed a huge shift. I don’t feel that heavy feeling in my stomach sensation after dinner anymore. It’s been about twenty days now and my energy is actually up because my digestion isn’t a constant struggle. They are easy to swallow and don’t leave any weird aftertaste which is a big plus for me since I’m sensitive to smells.

Consistent use is key!
My experience has been nothing short of amazing! I’ve been on this for about 6 months and I have seen the results I was hoping for. 🙂 I needed something that wouldn’t be too harsh on my GI while I worked to make steady and consistent improvements. I wish I could say I can compare this to others but I started with this product and saw exactly what I needed and hoped for! I refer a lot of people to this supplement because it’s helped my body and has allowed me to finally feel less bloated, little to no GI problems and curbs my appetite. I didn’t see immediate results which I was okay with… the no bloat was worth it alone and then 6 months later I realized just how much it had helped with my appetite and curbed cravings. Good Gut Health
This really works…have had GI imbalances for years post abdominal surgery years ago. Taking this daily has helped with extreme bloating, indigestion and flatulence and irregularity. Expensive no doubt but worth results I’ve seen. Taking it now for approx 6 months. Whole thing abt losing weight per manufacturer, I haven’t seen a big shift in that to be honest. I didnt buy this supplement for weight loss… I bought it for fostering healthy gut flora and homeostasis. I recommend it for that reason only.

Reliable Probiotic That Actually Works
I have been taking BIOMA Probiotics for over a year, and I genuinely love it. It significantly reduced my severe bloating and helped regulate my system in a way other probiotics never did. There is an adjustment period of about two weeks, but once your body settles, the results are absolutely worth it. I also appreciate that it does not require refrigeration, which makes it easy to stay consistent and to travel with. No regrets at all.

Where to go now?
I am with Suzanne; this hasn’t given me results as advertised. I have had no weight loss and have developed more flatulence during the month I have taken it. I get maybe 3 good hours of sleep every night. I don’t know what the ingredients are specifically for so I don’t know whether to continue on subscription program or not. Everyone is getting in on the “weight loss” gimmick so I don’t know if this is the right path for me.

This product has been helpful. Digestion and regularity have improved and helps keep bloating in check but haven’t lost any weight. Been using it for about 6 weeks or so.
