Great Pilates Set
I do pilates quite often and this was the perfect set for it. Equipment included lightweight dumbbells, pilates ring, different size booty bands, which are helpful for varying sets of intensity and a ball which I really enjoy for ab exercises. They do have a plastic-y smell when you first open it but otherwise really loving this set and it takes my workout to the next level. It also includes a handbook with various exercises and how to use the equipment which is helpful.

Set provides a lot of items in one set to get started. I was interested in trying the ring, which was my main reason for getting the set.Can definitely feel muscles being used when performing moves with the ring. It provides solid resistance. Ring is cushioned and comfortable to use. Weights are easy to handle and use.Items all fit inside the box (except for ball once inflated) for storing while not in use.I had issues following some of the exercises, especially the ones with the ring since this was my first experience with it. Some were very straight forward in positioning and movement, while others I could not figure out how to position the ring or how I was supposed to move from 1st position to 2nd.Great value in one kit for fans of pilates looking to add variety to their at home options.
