Sturdy Pilates circle that was very easy to assemble. The ball took 2-3 breaths to inflate, and it easily supports my weight. Great value!

Great starter kit for at-home pilates
Great set for getting started with at-home pilates! The ring assembly was super easy and the ball was easy to inflate as well. It does lose air a little after using but not enough to inhibit the workout.

This Pilates ring is sturdy and provides great resistance without feeling too hard to squeeze. The padded handles are comfortable and don’t dig into my hands or legs during workouts. It’s lightweight, easy to store, and works really well for inner thighs, arms, and core exercises. Great quality for the price.

This pilates kit is perfect. I left my resistance ring at my daughter’s house after Christmas so I ordered another one. I saw this package and I needed resistance bands, and the ball is just a bonus for me. I love it. It is made extremely well. It is better than the one I left behind. I have used it 2x daily since I got it… Prior to this I was exercising maybe every 2 or 3 days. I’m more consistent now.

Disappointed
Although the ring is very well made and I’m impressed with the design, I was disappointed that there is no way to contact the seller if you want the exercises they promised after you received the device. I scanned the entirety of the order, as well as the post. When I decided I must be overlooking something I asked AI to find it for me The answer that came back was that although they promised to send you the exercises there didn’t appear to be any way to contact them.
