Great Quality and Comfort
I’m really happy with my BalanceFrom exercise yoga mat! It’s thick, comfortable, and provides great support for my workouts. My GO-TO at Home Yoga Mat
When it comes to yoga mats for at-home use, I always favor this one! The colors are bright and vibrant (I’ve ordered the blue and purple options in the past). I say “at-home use” because the mat is somewhat larger, so I wouldn’t recommend it for travel or taking to classes (I use a JADE yoga mat for in-person classes). When they say “extra thick high density,” they aren’t joking. That extra padding makes it very comfortable regardless of the floor type! Soft and squishy, it offers less impact on your joints than thinner mats.The mat lasts a very long time and is easy to wipe clean. Its extra thickness has helped it withstand some dog-claw punctures when my dog gets the zoomies and zips right over it. Yes, this mat will sustain small punctures, but don’t worry, they don’t go all the way through to the other side, making a hole. The strap it comes with is a big plus, helping keep it compact for storage. The elastic loops on the strap are extra wide, designed specifically for this thicker mat. The elastic is high quality and doesn’t wear out with use!

I never knew a piece of foam could change my life until I met this Fitvids Yoga Mat. Seriously, I came for the downward dog and stayed because my knees finally stopped filing formal complaints.Pros (aka Why I Love It):Thick Enough to Sleep On: I mean, it’s 1/2-inch thick. I’ve fallen asleep on this thing mid-child’s pose and woke up thinking I had bought a mattress. (fitvids.com)Anti-Tear = Anti-Drama: My cat tried to shred it during her daily yoga sabotage, and this mat stood strong. The fit is tighter than my last attempt at a high plank.Grip Like a Gecko: No more accidental slips. I can pretend I’m in an action movie doing warrior poses without worrying about my mat flying across the room.Color So Bright It Inspires: Seriously, it’s motivational. I stare at it during savasana and think, “Maybe life isn’t so bad… as long as this mat exists.”Cons (aka Funny-but-Real):Too Comfy: Sometimes I just lay on it instead of exercising. Ok quality and not as good as mentioned in reviews
The thickness is good, but the mat’s quality is not as good as the reviews mention. The material looks cheap and duplicate brands from China. Please choose proper name brand mats. Feels like the mat will wear off soon.

This yoga mat is so soft and supportive! It feels more expensive than it is, in my opinion. It’s longer than I expected, so it will work for taller people.

This is a brilliant mat. Thick enough to stop any pain on the back when lying down, but stable enough to stand on and do exercises such as burpees and push ups and balancing exercises. It’s just pretty big if you want to transport it anywhere but that is what you get for added comfort! The carry strap is really handy too!
