    I thought it would be another dry step by step, too boring to process. This is a 90-day journal to record your progress. On each day, there is an advice box that offers tidbits to go along with your program and reinforce what you’ve learned from other sources. This is a perfect companion to any diet plan – keto or otherwise.

    Sometimes you just need to put pen to paper
    I really find this helpful. There are so many apps for tracking food intake and macros,but sometimes journals like this come in handy. It helps to sit and be intentional with what you are putting down on paper, and what you are putting in your body, especially since I love a good planner. Just add these pages to my planner and we are good on all fronts!

You can track your hydration being it water or coffee. I even saw a field for you to track how many hours of sleep. Everything you might need.

    Love this book. It’s a perfect way to keep track of your progress through the keto journey. I love how the first motivation says along the lines of it’s not just a quick diet but a lifestyle change. It truly is a lifestyle change and its realistic. Also i appreciate all the motivation it gives throughout the book.

    Good for what it is, but doesn’t allow for deeper insights
    As someone who’s followed a ketogenic way of eating in the past, and is interested in starting up again, I found this journal to be helpful for tracking. If tracking via pen and paper is your thing, this journal is helpful.With that said, if you haven’t done a keto diet before / aren’t familiar with it, you’ll want to use the journal along with the Crushing it With Keto book or another book that fully explains the diet. Additionally, if you find it easier to track via an app (which many people do, as you can easily pull data from your logs to further analyze), there may be better options out there for you.I do appreciate that this journal allows you to record more than just what you eat; you can also record your mood, energy levels, sleep, if you experiencing hunger or cravings, etc. But as I said, if you want to aggregate the data and do anything with it, you need to use something like an app instead of pen-and-paper logging like this journal allows for. This may be a good starting point for someone new to the diet.
