Easy to make, simple Keto recipes!
I decided to go back on a keto diet to lose the last 10-15 lbs I need to lose. I did Keto before with success but unfortunately my cholesterol went up. I ate a lot of greasy foods the first time around. This book has healthy, quick and simple 5 ingredient recipes. I’ve only made one from this book, the Kate and feta chicken and it was delicious and very simple to make (my kind of recipe! Can’t wait to try more!

Great little book with easy, simple, yummy recipes!
There are many things I love about this book: easy, simple recipes; portioned for 2 people; clear, clean layout; beautiful color photos of the dishes; — but one of the best is that it inspires me to cook healthy food! The internet is a great source for recipes but once you find one the ads make it hard to read and the author goes on and on and on about it when all you want is the recipe! While there is no table of contents or index, don’t let that keep you from getting this book. It’s organized by breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, etc. and the meal plans can serve as a way to search for recipes. I bought the Kindle edition and I’m so glad I did! Prop my IPad on the counter and I’m ready to go with an easily readable recipe filling the whole screen.

Decent keto cookbook
We are trying the keto diet and this cookbook gives great ideas for a change from our usual. It’s nice that there are fewer ingredients so it’s more encouraging to try the recipes. I only kept a star because I apparently *love* carbs and chocolate…so I’m a little cranky about the diet as a principle. 🤷♀️

I’m not on the keto diet, but I’m always on the lookout for quick and easy recipes, especially those that satisfy my sweet tooth. This recipe book did not disappoint. I liked the simple presentation and instructions, the calorie and macro counts, and the photograph of each item.I’ve tried numerous of the recipes and all taste great and have come out well. Particular favorites are the chocolate avocado mousse, keto peanut butter fudge, and almond flour brownies. Taking five minutes to prep and 30 minutes or less to cook or cool they have fast become my go to desserts.
