Great tracker for you everyday wellness!
OMG! This wellness planner was perfect for what I was looking for. I purchased one for my husband and one for myself. We both go to the gym most days. The notebook has a fitness tracker for each day to record your workouts (exercise, number of sets, and weight used. We also wanted to start keeping track of what we are eating each day (for macros, and doctor). It has a very well laid out page for each day to record food and includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks along with water consumption count, your sleep, mood and energy.Quality is very good as it has a harder plastic cover on the outside. I love being able to go back to check my progress. Mine is pink and hubby’s is black.

The quality of this product is great. It has sufficient writing space, tracks the essentials for weight loss, was a great way to stay organized, and was easy to use. Overall a great product but I gave three stars because I could have done something very similar on my own with a blank notebook.

Useful, does the job and is low cost
This log does the job. Originally I was looking for a food diary to track allergies and GERD/G.I. issues. It’s a bonus that it adds an exercise log. It’s designed for daily use, but I’m unable to do daily workouts due to age and multiple injuries to work around. Thankfully it’s fill in for the “day/date” on each page; and the food page is always on the left, so I don’t waste the exercise logs, which are always on the right. I just page forward until I see the next blank page. Also, some days are too busy to log the food I eat: I usually log food only when I have a negative reaction to it. After using this Log for a month, I see that I may have formatted it differently

I have kidney disease and use this to track the foods I eat. So very helpful! And so much neater than those random pieces of paper. It provides each day with a lot of information all on one page.

Just what I needed!
This food diary is so helpful. It has everything I want to record without a bunch of unnecessary stuff. It’s very clean layout but with enough space to write what I need to. I feel like I could have designed it myself for my exact needs. Plus the price is super reasonable. Very pleased with this tracker/food diary.
