    Some good recipes, but Macros are inconsistent
    This book does have tasty recipes, but beware that the macros listed are incorrect! I have found multiple recipes where the macros were off as compared to the app My Fitness Pal. Some were off just a bit, but the”Oatmeal” recipe is wrong by a lot! (recipe listed 8gm carbs, MFP shows 24.8!)If you are using the book to find new healthier recipes, it should be fine. But if you are trying to stick to a strict Keto diet, you should double check the macros before using any recipes!

    Easy to follow recipes that are satisfying to eat
    I wanted to have a keto recipe book available to help me plan meals. Thus far I’ve cooked about 10 of these recipes and am pleased with what I’ve made. My wife, who is reluctant to go with a keto plan, has commented that she has enjoyed the meals I’ve prepared using this guide. I plan to keep using it.

    This is a wonderful cookbook on the keto diet! I bought the book for my mother, but the recipes are suitable for any age! The book has a large variety of dishes, and most importantly, it is without sugar and carbohydrates! I recommend buying it!

    I bought this book which was downloaded to my Kindle but the contents only had a list of Keto recipes but no actual recipes. Extremely disappointing. For the price paid it was not worth sending it back.
