Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor;
Extend your arm on the desk, palm up, keeping your wrist at heart level to minimize movement;
Stay still and silent during measurement;
Wait at least 3 minutes between measurements
Why does my blood pressure fluctuate through out the day?
Individual blood pressure varies multiple times every day. It is also affected by the way you te your cuff and your measurement position, so please take the measurement under the same conditions.

Amazing product!
This product works great! I wanted to keep track of my blood pressure at home since you can’t find the public use ones in Walgreens anymore. This one works just as well as the ones they use at your check ups. It’s easy to use too. Just put the cuff on your shoulder and put it on not so tightly but enough to fit snug. Just hit the start button and it automatically starts up to get a good reading. It’s fairly quick on the reads and it takes about 2 minutes to get a read of your blood pressure. It also saves and keeps memory of your reads so if you don’t keep paper trace it’ll just keep record. I love just how easy it is to use and you can take it anywhere with you. It has a small little travel bag and comes with the charging cable as well. This device will surely come in handy and now I can use Amazon pharmacy to get a refill on certain medications. I would absolutely recommend this product, 10/10!

Caught needed hospital stay! Cancelled return
At first it seemed like it was calculating things super weird and the numbers just seemed so off for both me and another person I was using as a comparison control test. Had it put back together and ready to return when we stopped by to use a local pharmacy blood pressure machine for a second opinion. Turns out it was accurate and both of us had unknown BP issues, mine needing an urgent hospital stay! So I cancelled my return and will be keeping the little unit, I’m sorry I doubted you so much.Usability is great so far. It has a plug in option (cord but not an adapter included) if you don’t want to use batteries (not included) and batteries if you prefer vice versa. It’s easy to put on even by yourself and has little indicators on which way is up and where to align over the artery, and it’s quick and compact. Simple and straight forward. I’ll see how well it holds up and how the accuracy is over time, hence the four stars for now. Otherwise, it’s a great little unit so far and will help me be much better at knowing what your normal BP is, which I didn’t realize until now was so important!Update:I’ve been using this multiple times a day for a month now to monitor my condition and it’s been doing great. The numbers seem consistently accurate and it’s had no issues. The memory function is actually pretty nice too and stores a lot. Really happy with this purchase!

Good Blood Pressure cuff that’s very easy to use.
This is a very easy to use device and I’ve been using it for a couple of months with no battery change. It does take about a minute to get a reading, but that doesn’t feel unreasonable. It does the job and I can put it away and its ready for the next day. I’ve had zero issues with it.I have a home health care nurse who takes my BP once a week, and I have found the monitor to read slightly high, but honestly I would rather have it read a bit high as opposed to too low, which I have never experienced. At any rate it appears to be quite accurate compared to much higher cost devices, and I am pleased with the results. It is comfortable, durable, and a good value.

This blood pressure monitor is easy to set up and use. The cuff fits comfortably on the upper arm, and the readings are consistent and clear. Easy To Use High Quality Blood Pressure Monitor
This Oklar blood pressure monitor is easy to use and easy to read. The unit arrives ready to go, this includes the USB to USB-C power cord (you will need the wall tap) a nice silk like bag to store it in, and of course, the blood pressure reader and the cuff. The cuff is easy to use and adjusts to fit most arms. Everything is clearly labeled on the cuff, so you know just where to position it over the artery in your arm, and which side of the cuff points toward your shoulder. The pump that inflates the cuff is very quiet and infllates quickly to take your blood pressure reading. The blood pressure reader remembers the readings for two people. Initial set up is easy, set the time and date and add 3 AA batteries if you want to use the unit without having to attach the USB power cord. The batteries are not included, but most people have AA size stocked around the house. This is an easy five star rating because of quality materials and construction, ease of use, complete and ready to use right out of the box and an excellent value for the price.
