Reliable Pulse-ox monitor
This pulse ox provides continuous data on oxygen saturation and heart rate. It vibrates and/or beeps if your heart rate and /or o2 sat fall outside of customized ranges. This has helped me a lot as I have o2 dips at night when I sleep. This device helps me because when it vibrates, it reminds me to turn over into a better position so that I can breathe better. I really like the design. It is easy to use. It has great functionality as it syncs with the phone and keeps the data over time so it can be shown to the doctor. It seems to be very durable. It is also an excellent value for the money. It is less than a dollar a day if used over a year, and helps monitor your vitals. I am grateful for this product. I have worn it during a sleep study and the readings are accurate.

Great Design & Features: so far so good!
This review is for the Wellue Checkme, based on several weeks of use. I purchased this because of an occasional breathing issue that my CPAP doesn’t help with. I will update this review in a few months, after I learn more about my issues, and this device. Please note, the CheckMe is NOT a medical device. But it is the right product for my needs. The CheckMe sensor has helped me learn more about my issue, giving me useful, customizable data. It also seems to help prevent my worst issues with its unobtrusive vibrating alarm. On the first night, I had set the vibrating alarm threshold to be too sensitive, so it went off too many times. The frequent waking, constant switching to “voluntary breathing”; and perhaps my own panic about low oxygen, seems to caused me to have more frequent breathing problems. It was a rough night. But I would call that a user error. When I lowered the threshold to 88% , that issue were completely resolved. The device and app are linked via bluetooth, and the app allows me to view and export my data. I like that it gives me a simple score for my night’s oxygen levels. The app keeps a running history of my data which I can view in detail. The app is very good. It allows data to be exported as PDF, CSV (spreadsheet), Binary, or images.I’m very happy with this purchase. Worth every penny to me.

Could be 5 star except that watchband :(.
I’ve owned a 72 hour unit for 5 years and recommend them to my pulmonary rehab patients. They are also good for tracking hypopneas, since ?PAP machines have no O2 telemetry. The Pros:100 hour batteryBrighter screen, easier to see outsideSome addition protection against water splashes at the sensor connectionMagnetic attach charger, you dont need to remove sensor from watch, but…The Cons:The sensor connection with the clip on lock on isnt necessary, and is bigger and bulkier. I use the old styler sensor>In 5 years of wearing my 72 hour on the farm, off roading, workouts, mechanics, treated patients, have never had a sensor get disconnected, ever. The evil:That new watchband. Whoever thought that was a good idea should rest forever in eternity connecting that watchband again and again and again.Fortunately, the old style fits. I suggest you complain loudly and get an old style band. They do wear out as well, but you wont have your watch flying off and dangling if you lightly brush against anything until it gets worn out.

Disappointed
The product worked well for two weeks then had all kinds of trouble. The battery is u reliable. The band does not stay on. I tried contacting the company and they have not replied.

Wellue Wrist Pulse Oximeter and Wrist O2rings accurate and easy to use. Love them.
I like the Wellue Wrist Pulse Oximeter a lot. I have 2 Wellue O2ring-S and 2 of the earlier model, Wrist O2ring. I have used the O2ring monitors for a couple years. I also have a medical grade continuous O2 monitor, the Nonin Wrist OX2 Bluetooth, that I use occasionally, primarily to review my O2 data with physicians, who know and trust the Nonin Wrist OX2. I find the Wellue Wrist Pulse Oximeter and Wrist O2rings much easier to use than the medical grade Nonin Wrist OX2 Bluetooth (and with similar accuracy). The Nonin is a beast to set up (even for medical staff) and does not provide real-time O2 readings without hospital equipment. The iPhone connection is excellent and very reliable on all the Wellue products, but it is especially good on the Wrist Pulse Oximeter. It connects every time, immediately, and does not lose the connection as long as I stay in range. I can even integrate the O2 data with my Resmed CPAP machine data. I wear it every night, and review my SpO2 data when I wake up.The data display page for nightly SpO2, with all my historical data stored on my iCloud is excellent. I can review the average % SpO2, % SpO2 below 90%, % SpO2 between 90% and 94%, and % SpO2 above 94%. The display page also shows other analysis, but those 4 are my favorites. My favorite feature for the Wellue Wrist Pulse Oximeter is movement of the electronics off my finger. It’s difficult to wash your hands with the O2ring device without getting it wet, which causes an unrecoverable failure. You can only remove the O2ring from your finger for 10 seconds before you lose the continuous monitor. It restarts when you put it back on, but the single nightly graph becomes a graph for each time you remove the monitor. With the Wrist Pulse Oximeter I can wash my hands without breaking up my nightly data record. I wear an Apple Watch on my left wrist at night, so there is some conflict with the Wrist Pulse Oximeter. I’ve found SpO2 data accuracy lower if I wear it on my right wrist. The Wellue O2rings do cause this conflict with my watch. It is manageable to wear both on my left wrist. The Wrist Pulse Oximeter almost always automatically connects to my iPhone without any effort. The O2ring-S also connects easily (often automatically), better than the O2ring. The Wrist Pulse Oximeter connects best but both O2ring-S and O2ring-are acceptable. It’s super easy to connect if it doesn’t do so automatically. The extra memory and longer battery life are also nice new features on Wrist Pulse Oximeter. But I did not have any issue with battery life or memory on the O2ring-S and O2ring.The Wrist Pulse Oximeter finger sensor is smaller than O2ring-S and O2ring. It fits my wife’s finger perfectly, but is uncomfortably tight on my fingers. The O2ring-S and O2ring fit my finger perfectly. They are very comfortable for me, and for my wife as well.
