Best brand for absorption and taste!
Ive never been one to rave about anything, until of all things Iron supplements. I just found these iron maintenance tabs after using the 45mg chews for insufficiency that brought up my ferritin levels with one 60 count bottle from 7 (very low) to 18. Im never using another brand after my journey through iron supplements lol. From experience this brand is most effeciently absorbed AND gentle on both stomach and bowels. I WANT to take my iron supplements and REMEMBER to because they taste good! I was severily anemic before I found the 45mg chews because I HATED taking them because of metalic taste and constipation regardless of all other brands I switched. I’ve had no after taste of metal and way less constipation with both the chews and these dissolvable lozenges. Definitely a life time customer and plan on only buying this brand from now on.

My doctor stated the best way to take vitamins to actually get into your body is the chewable under your tongue and let it melt. This is them!!! They taste great

This is a good product with berry flavor. Dissolves easily, but the tablets eroded in the bottle with approximately 2 tablets residue in the bottom. It got all over the place when I got to the last few tablets.

My Doctor actually suggested these for me and I’m so happy I tried them. My iron was so low that I was craving salt and vinegar chips every day! The first few days of taking them the cravings went away. Major factor is no constipation !!!!
