This helped my hair
I ordered this because I thought I should take a calcium supplement. It also has magnesium . I have noticed my hair is shedding so much less now, and I found out magnesium deficiency causes shedding. I think this has lessened my shedding by half. Great price and it arrives quickly! The pills are big… just a heads up.

The pill is on the larger size but is easy to swallow. Not sure on how it will effect the body but I know it is improving.

Easy to swallow
Won’t know how well it’s working until I get another lab done but these are so easy to swallow! It’s usually so difficult for me to swallow large pills and I forgot to look at the size before I bought them. They have some some kind of coating that makes it go down real smooth. Very impressed

I’ve finally found a calcium pill with 1200 mg per serving! Yes, they are the size of other calcium pills, on the large side, but I previously had to take 2 calcium pills of the same size to get the right dosage amount.There is no after taste that I have noticed. Most importantly, the bottle has 180 caplets of 1200 mg of calcium and 1000 IU of D3, at a great price point. I personally don’t have any issue with swallowing pills, so they are easy to swallow for me and have a chalky texture. If you have issues with swallowing pills, perhaps it’s best to take this separately with your water, so it “feels” less difficult to swallow.
