So this product…. JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL… he tried and couldn’t! :(first off… these aren’t three ballerina’s but three bi*!ches >(I started this tea on day one…nothing happened… i let it sit longer on day 2…nothing happened. Day three! Bruh! Came in like a theaf in the night and stole my sleep!! ;,(1) this tea works very well but let me tell you! If you have not done a cleanse in a while or years, it will cause you a lot of cramping, due to the build up of gunk in your system. Any cleanse will do that pretty much.2) DO not plan anything!!!!! stay home!3) Buy a box of matches! a nice scented candle will not mask anything…. just makes for floral poo..no one likes floral poo4) clean your bathroom and lay out a nice comfy pallet!5) Make sure your phone and lap top are charged for entertainment6) If you have children, I highly recommend a babysitter!7) If you can install an OH S*** handle… DO IT!!Side effects: Calling on all religious figures to hold your handCloser relationship with spouse or best friendYou might get saved calling on Jesus so muchThe release of demons is real!Negro spirituals come out of nowhere! Stomach pain like you’ve never known before. You will find god 5 hours after drinking this but you WILL be snatched. probably takes a few years off your life but worth it

I literally lost sleep over it
I struggled with how to rate this product – here’s why…. Generally I don’t have bowel issues (I’m a 1 a day person, occasionally more), but I’ve been feeling “full” for the past couple of weeks, even with the 1 a day, and went looking for a solution. I read so many reviews about the awful stomach cramps and “explosive diarrhea”. Normally, these are things we try to avoid (pain and diarrhea), but so many people raved about it that I decided to give it a go. I followed the directions to the letter – 10oz. of water, 5 minutes steep time. I sipped the tea for about 30 minutes or so and then finished. I drank it at 6pm, expecting that sometime during the night I would be rushing to the restroom. I think i was so focused on this happening that I kept waking up throughout the night. It didn’t happen. It didn’t happen the next morning either. I still had my 1 a day, but it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary.The packaging points out that one should discontinue use if diarrhea occurs, so perhaps my experience was appropriate?I am a big fan of tea in general, but always drink my tea with sweetener. I did not add any sweetner to this tea at all, so I really did not enjoy the flavor – but I also didn’t struggle to get it down.This was my first time eve using this product and I probably won’t use it again. I cannot imagine using this as a diet aid – if it really does cause such pain and diarrhea in people, it doesn’t seem safe/healthy to do that on a long-term basis.

took a couple of days to work
I made my first cup of tea two days ago and drank it around 3 pm. It is 2 days later, and I finally am feeling the effects from it. I had no cramping or urgent BM the day I took the tea, or yesterday. Today, I had cramping and loose stools but nothing like what the reviewers described. The cramping is not severe AT ALL and the BM do not have me running to the bathroom. In fact, I noticed the cramping and urge to have a BM this morning when I was leaving my apartment to get to work. That was at 8:20 am. It is now 10:20 am and I finally had time to hit the restroom at work to relieve myself. A little disappointed because I was expecting this to really work some magic and relieve me from my weekend of horrible eating. My coworker drinks this regularly (ok maybe not everyday but it’s a staple in her house for when someone is backed up or needs a little aid in weight loss) and she said that sometimes it takes her a couple of days to work as well. So I’m assuming my experience isn’t totally abnormal. The tea once steeped STINKS. I can’t say how it tastes on its own because I was too scared to try it plain due to the smell lol. I added some Mio (orange flavored) to mine and it tasted pretty good. I didn’t have honey so I opted for this lol. I will continue to drink this and see if I have a better experience.***edited 2 days after original review***my coworker brought me some of hers because I wasn’t expecting to get mine as fast as I did. I tried it at work with no sweetener or flavor added and it’s fine. It also doesn’t smell. Maybe I didn’t steep mine long enough? Anyway, it’s been working more effectively (I’ve had two additional cups of this tea since original review was written). The cramps and urgency are getting a bit worse but still not severe.

Did not work for me
I was very excited to try this since I been seen videos of it working for others. However, it sadly didn’t work for me. I experienced frequent bloating since I started it. I am not sure if that was part of it but it was very uncomfortable. No other difference or changes since. I stopped taking it and the boating is thankfully gone.
