Great kit for postpartum moms
Excelente kit for postpartum. The disposable shorts are way better than the ones the hospital gives you. The cooling pads work great and feel great and the pads give great coverage. Overall very happy with this kit would recommend to any expecting mom.

Good Starter Postpartum Kit With A Few Minor Drawbacks
I got this 3-in-1 postpartum kit to have everything in one place for recovery, and it does cover the basics pretty well. The kit includes postpartum pads, herbal cooling liners, and disposable underwear, which made those first days a little easier since I didn’t have to piece everything together separately. The pads are absorbent and comfortable enough for postpartum bleeding, and they stayed in place well when paired with the disposable underwear.The cooling pad liners were easy to use and did add a bit of soothing relief, especially during the first couple of days. I did use all of them, but I wasn’t a big fan of the herbal scent. It’s not overpowering, but it’s noticeable and just wasn’t my preference. They still worked fine, though, and the cooling effect was decent.The disposable underwear worked as intended, but the sizing runs smaller than I expected. The listing mentions a stretchy XL size, but they fit more snugly than I would have liked. They still functioned fine for holding everything in place, but if you’re expecting a roomy XL fit, that might be something to keep in mind.This kit definitely helped simplify postpartum care by putting several essentials together in one package. While the scent of the liners and the smaller-than-expected underwear sizing weren’t my favorite things, everything was usable and did its job. I ordered this kit for overnight use during the heavy days of my period. I appreciated similar products after I had my baby and thought that this would be good for menstrual use as well. Unfortunately, there is no size listed for the undershorts. I wear a women’s 18 and these undershorts barely pulled on and it actually ripped when I was pulling them up. I would say these are for people who wear small/medium sized pants generally. The durability of the undershorts is disappointing as they can easily tear.
