Stopped my hot flashes in two days!
I just wanted to write a quick review on this product because it has literally saved me, it stopped my hot flashes in two days. I’m peri menopausal i took this on the second day of my cycle and it stopped the cramping within two hours and the heaviness within 24 hours. Previously, I had trouble sleeping I’d wake up drenched as if I’d been in the shower in the middle of the night but no more. My hot flashes left me the same night I started it and now I sleep like a rock. I no longer wake up sweating or constantly I’m just out, all night out. I’m no longer an insomniac.I wake up earlier, rested and ready for the day. Evening primrose oil is amazing i will definitely continue to take i do keep mine refrigerated just in case. I have also had zero weirdness with this, it has not altered my moods in any way except I feel more patient and I don’t freak out over anything. I have tons more energy also and have started to work out.

Works if you need it
I didn’t take much time to research what exactly evening primrose oil does for the female body. I watched a video of a doctor saying he recommends all women take it and I read so many great reviews . However, this product wasn’t from me. It caused me to spot immediately only after 2 pills. I also saw some water retention in my face. Evening primrose oil thins out the uterine lining which is why it can induce labor in pregnant women. This would be great for a woman who doesn’t get her menses. The pill looks big and intimidating but it slid right down my throat without struggle. If you actually need this then it will work great for you. I’m a supplement junky and need to stop incorporating supplements I don’t really need.

I read that EPO helps with hormonal acne so I scoured the internet for the highest quality product at a reasonable price. I’ve been taking these for about two months now and I can definitely tell you they have helped my hormonal acne a lot. I used to have several breakouts along my chin/jawline , and this month I have only had one, so I know this is helping. Where has this been all my life!
So my phlebotomist was telling me that she swears by evening primrose for PMS and the change. I had heard of using it for the change before but not for pms symptoms. I started giving it to my teens a week before their periods and I can’t believe the difference in their moods. Also my teen daughter swears her periods are lighter when she’s on this. I also started taking it as I’m in my mid 40’s and getting closer to the change. My breasts no longer hurt the week before my periods and also I’m noticing lighter shorter periods. I feel it’s directly because of these pills. I only take one a day and plan to keep taking them until my cycles cease. Also my hot flashes have ceased. I don’t know but I do feel it’s directly related to taking these pills and I’ll continue to stay on them.

Relief of Night Sweats and Hot Flashes!!
I have been experiencing hot flashes and night sweats which left me wet for the last few weeks. Friday I decided to research to obtain some relief and came across this product. I read the reviews and seen instant results. It came Saturday I took one and one cohosh immediately, again at 1 am in the morning and first thing Sunday morning. I am no longer having night sweats, minimal hot flashes and I can assure you I feel so much better. It is Tuesday and only needed to turn on my personal fan twice while working.
