Soothing post-operatively
These are wonderful for post-surgical pain and swelling! They fit perfectly under my armpit and cover all the swollen areas. When frozen, it isn’t a rock – it is malleable so easily contours, even when frozen. The cloth sleeve is soft as well. I use them daily and definately think they were a great purchase. Would recommend.

These breast ice packs are awesome! I’m a mom of 3, so I’m no stranger to the pains you can get with breastfeeding. I am small chested, so these cover a lot of surface area for me which is nice. A lot of people like these for the cooling relief for pain which is valid. I reccomend freezing in a circular shape since putting it on flat is a little harder to shape it around your breast. I like using the heat in pads for pain relief and helping release my let down before feeding. These heat up nicely and haven’t popped on me (that’s a great sign!). Definitely heat up in small increments as every microwave is different. The pad sleeves included are lovely quality, soft and plush. It’s a little hard getting them in frozen if you don’t have them thawed out a little beforehand. I’d definitely say for the price and relief you can get (hot or cold), these are worth the money as an ally in your breastfeeding journey!
