Remarkably good product for something I was skeptical of.
This product is delightfully good. I have found a notable difference when using this soak. I compared it directly to using a plain Epsom Salt bath. I found that my soreness was lessened when used either the day of, or the day after a workout, and, my (currently injured) shoulder had a notable reduction in inflammation. My skin felt softer and was much less prone to drying out. There is a great amount of the orange oil in the mix, I was compelled to stay in the bath longer, and an unexpected benefit, the potency of my smell while I was at the gym was reduced quite dramatically. When you’re on a high protein diet for muscle gain, that’s a major plus. It worked remarkably well as an exfoliant also. I will note that I needed to hydrate myself a bit more after baths with this soak, even when I would time the bath the same as a regular epsom soak. I assume it to be from the rate of skin absorption.

Calgon has nothing on Coach Soak!
My son is an elite athlete in Fields events – notably discus, hammer, and shot put. He works out quite a bit and as a result experiences tight, sore muscles. I suggested he start taking hot baths with epsom salts. We have tried different salts to help ease his aches and pains. I came across Coach Soak on Amazon and gave it a try. The first time he used the product he came out of the bathroom raving about how good it smelled and how relaxed he felt! He really loved the scent and said the bath was amazing! I had to give it a try myself and agree, this stuff is amazing! I would recommend it to athletes and non-athletes like me…

Appear to be worth the added expense
Coach Soak appears to be worth the added expense compared to regular epsom salts. Smells wonderful as well. Using in a bucket of hot water for my feet so this package should last a while.

I learned about this product from fitness folks I follow on Instragram. All the rave reviews drew me in. I followed the link and ordered it like my money was burning a hole in my pocket. Yes part was it was only going to take 5-6 days. I literally ran to the mailbox when I got home from work that night. Sore muscles from an early workout and busy 12 hour shift as an ER Nurse, my feet were screaming. Bath ready, Muscle Soak in with an immediate calming citrus aroma…it was like therapy at first inhalation. It was dreamy to say the least when I was soaking it felt like everything went away…aches & pains gone and calm relaxation ensued. Worked even after I got out and didn’t feel an ache or pain the next day either. 100% satisfaction with this product

As mentioned above, this is a good product and it feels like it works slightly better than Epsom salts, albeit at more than double the price… I’ve ordered this product going on 6 months subscription. Now I get two packages every month… I can say that of those 12 to 15 bags. Probably three of them have been able to be resealed, that’s my major gripe is that the bags never maintain integrity on the resealing portion. The reseal strip itself falls away from the coach soak bag. This is just an inconvenience as if I don’t remember to go get a Ziploc bag to transfer I could be in the tub or nearby and accidentally knock the bag over there by losing $30.I want to try some of the in other scents and blends but just keep in mind and consider it a given you will need to transfer to your resealable bag

Worth the $$
I love this stuff! I have psoriatic arthritis and always have leg and back pain. I’m also buying epsom salt and taking baths. Someone recommended this to my son who plays hockey, I bought it and tried it once and was totally hooked! It’s pricey but the ingredients are also way better than your average epsom salt. I’ve used all the options available but have to say my favorite is the citrus one. My legs have never felt better after using this and bonus my skin isn’t all dried out. Try it, you won’t be sorry!
