A new mom must have!
As a first time mom, no one explained to me what to expect when breastfeeding or pumping. Let me be the one to tell you… you’ll want these!It’s very common to chafe, and sometimes cream doesn’t cut it. Hydrogel pads stick right over you and instantly provided relief from rubbing on clothes! They even protected my clothes when I would have a letdown. I could get about 2 days maybe 3 days of use out of one pair. I found that sticking them in the fridge for 15-20 minutes also felt amazing. Don’t put them in too long though because they don’t want to stick to you right away! I originally had a name brand version of these but couldn’t imagine spending that kind of money for 2 pair. These are definitely a better value, and they are a great quality!Besides new moms, these would probably be great for runners too!

A necessity when breastfeeding
I have had to purchase these several times throughout my breast-feeding journey. The balms and silverettes did not work for me. They work better than any other ones I’ve ever purchased. They are quite sticky so take precaution when we removing them.

They work when you first put them on. The cooling sensation is amazing. But after about 1 or 2 hours, they aren’t cool anymore. They do not last anywhere near 24 hours. I used other brands for a similar price that last almost 2 days. I won’t be buying these again.

These are legit sent from heaven! They were recommended to me by a friend and have helped my breastfeeding journey so much! I store them in the fridge and use them after a pump or feed for extra cooling. They are very sticky and love that they are reusable for 24 hours, this gives value for money. If you are breastfeeding or pumping these are a Must have.

Cheaper than medela but you get what you pay for
I decided on these due to them having more hydrogel pads for a reasonable price compared to the medela ones. However, I just had to order medela ones today because these (which I looked at different brands as well such as momcozy and others, and they all look the exact same as these, and not the thick gel like medela) stick to your cracks/sores and hurt like a mofo to take off. This makes it worse because it rips off your healing skin and just restarts you from square one.I’m attaching a photo of these so you can see the size and how thin they are, and a photo of a medela hydrogel for comparison. I really wanted these to work because the medela ones are a lot more pricey for way less pads.Now, if you absolutely cannot afford medela and need to make these work you can apply nipple balm such as mama earth organic nipple butter before applying these so that they don’t stick to your sores and rip off your healing skin when you take them off. However, when you do this method, they don’t really stay in place and can move around your bra. Every time I’ve done this, when I’ve gone to feed my baby they’ve not even been on my entire nipple anymore, they always slid down. Maybe this can be avoided with tightening the bra straps but idk. In general I wouldn’t recommend these kinds of hydrogel pads if you’re currently experiencing cracked and bleeding nipples because they truly will just make it worse and that’s counter intuitive to why these exist in the first place. Hydrogel pads are supposed to help your cracked nipples heal faster, not make them worse.
