If you are good at hoola hooping you will love this. I have a difficult time keeping the weight rotating. It is a great cardio work out!

Absolute Garbage
You’re better off buying a traditional weighted hula hoop or drop the money and buy the pricier version of this, because this is absolutely junk. For the price, I wasn’t expecting much, so I’m not disappointed, but this is definitely being returned. Assembly is easy, but the weight does not swing smoothly through the track and is constantly becoming stuck. The units that click together do not fit together well and you have to spend several minutes making sure each piece is interlocked correctly. Even then, there’s a fair chance that when you go to start hooping, the weight will go flying and send the interlocking pieces flying across the room with it. I mean it was worth a good laugh, but not for $15, so back it goes. It’s cheap plastic and the parts are not made well at all. Absolute junk.

You are paying for what you are buying, it’s cheap, but it works
For about a week or two I was enjoying this I was using it a lot I guess maybe too much? I used it for about the recommended time which was like 30 minutes a day when I started skipping days I decided to use it for about an hour a day when I would use it. Anyway yesterday I was using it and took it off and one of the wheels came off then I decided to wash it because that’s another thing about it it shreds the plastic little by little as the wheels go around. As I was washing it another real came off I barely put any wear on it and the wheel just came off. I’m not sure if there’s any way to buy a new wheel system but the pieces from the inside are gone I don’t know what happened to them cannot find them. I’m not sure if I can even use it anymore. It was nice for a while but because of the cheap value of it it maybe worth getting something more expensive.

I like the idea
Well it’s a nice product, it goes together easily. It’s easy to use. The problem I’m having with it is that every time I try to Hula-Hoop. It gets jammed in the track. I don’t know why. But I’m not giving up. I’m going to keep trying it because I did have it going for almost a minute. And it felt really good to use those muscles again in a good way. I would suggest buying it giving it a try and if it doesn’t work for you send it back.

I got this cheaper version on Amazon and let me say… today is day 1. I feel it. My core is feeling the workout like crazy. My legs are feeling it. And it definitely is cardio. I feel like I should be mega snatched after my 1st workout. 🤣I’ll be doing this 5 out of seven days for the next 30 days. Can’t wait to see my results!I will also note: it costs the same as the “down payment” on the infinity hoop. After using it once… it is very effective. 100% glad I found this instead of paying $100+ for brand name.

Get a name brand one or from a company you trust, maybe one that isn’t made in China. This one isn’t high quality, I actually received someone’s return. That didn’t really bother me but I knew from that, that it was probably not the best weighted hula hoop. I feel like I am losing a little plastic everytime I use it because of how it rubs while hula hooping & you can clearly see it is. This worries me that it will break while using it & the sand bag weight will go flying across the room hitting something or someone. My pets live in fear when I use this. The look of terror on their faces the moment I put it on is no joke. It is also very noisey which I am sure doesn’t help. So if you like hula hooping by yourself with nothing around you, possibly to lose your hearing, then this one is for you!

I was going to send this back, I wanted my daughter to try it and see if it was me just having difficulty using it. The weight sticks in the track. The grandkids wanted to try it and seemed to have loosen it up a bit. So I will keep trying
